It felt like I visited my grandma😊cucumber salad was made the same way as my granny did, and roasted duck was delicious served with potatoes and red cabbage 😋 definitely would return to the this restaurant🤗

🇭🇺 🇭🇺 🇭🇺 Wow what an authentic Hungarian experience - the Schnitzel is absolutely amazing. We loved all the food we ordered and the service was absolutely fantastic, we cannot wait to come back here. Highly recommend getting the schnitzel with cream spinach and potatoes. Whilst there was a bit of a wait for the food, it was definitely worth the wait!

An Elsternwick classic and a reason to go Southside for a schnitzel because you just cannot get such excellent Eastern Euro style food in the chichi North!!

Loved my first experience here last night. Schnitzel and crumbed mushrooms were perfection, and so is the sides are fresh and yum! Food is well done and service is spot on. Will surely be back to come dine here again.

Absolutely delightful and heart-warming experience! Welcoming, considerate and responsive service. Tasty, tasty goulash - we had both types, the beef and the pork with sauerkraut. Unassuming home-style approach and atmosphere. Also tried the Hungarian beers, salad and simple soup. Thank you!

Had a family dinner last night to mark my husband’s birthday. Service is great. Food is very heymishe and this tiny place is always full. You need to book. Great food. I will make sure to return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It was a wonderful experience, nice ambience. Food was terrific. The only negative I can say is that don't do substitutions or cater for allergies, other than that it was great service.

Amazing quality traditional Hungarian food! Recommend the Chicken soup, Chicken Schnitzel and Goulash! Have not been able to find a better Hungarian restaurant in Melbourne.

Lovely friendly service. Goulash was homely and hearty. Some other guests complained food was taking a long time...we arrived around 7.40 pm on a Friday night and the wait was reasonable.

Delicious, fresh, authentic. Cabbage rolls were a standout!

main courses are large, fabulous with no frills. The choice of deserts was limited and not as good

I've finally worked my way through the whole menu... tonight pork hock ... oh my ..... DELICIOUS! But then again everything here is on point and when I miss mums home cooking this is my go to place.
