Lawsuit waiting to happen. Only for 4x4 vehicles. You must be able to scramble over muddy ditches to get in and out of your car. Also $190 for just over 24h is theft.

There is a huge pothole right when you come in and it's steep down the hill. Huge cracks everywhere. Day rate is $60, under 1 hour is $10 so expensive. Ticketed and if you lose your ticket it's $70. The bottom of the hill is puddled over with no maintenance as you can see. It has a great location but the condition of this carpark is absolutely shocking for the price. There was a disabled car parked next to me, it was so hard to push a pram on this surface I can only imagine how hard it'd be to cross for a disabled person. The car park company must be making a lot of money from the steep fees so I don't understand why they can't maintain it. Worst carpark in Sydney I have ever used, it's so bad.

Expensive for a car park located right next to the emergency department entrance. Wouldn’t be too bad if there was any maintenance to the car park itself but it’s just a dirt field with a pay barrier on it. RPA should really direct people to their own car park so they don’t get ripped off here.

10$ a hour for a uneven gravel carpark full of holes and puddles. Then salt in the wound, fee for paying by card.

The audacity to charge $10 per hour for a “car park” that is full of potholes, mud and gravel.

This is extortion with no daily cap or night rate.

A dirt bowl carpark charging $10 per hour with no security whatsoever. Have tried it once only, won't use it again. Have been visiting RPA on a regular basis since 2003, the parking situation is getting progressively worse. Gradually diminishing parking with an increasing price.

$10 an hour for a dirt and gravel car park. Sweet! No facilities to speak of, no public toilets nearby. If you are going to be waiting as a bystander for patients admitted in the RPA (thanks, COVID), then bring an empty bottle along for relief.

10 bucks an hour for a dirt and gravel carpark.

Very confusing and expensive parking rates.

Went in on a Saturday evening for less then 1 hour to go to Sydney Mothers and Baby Unit. Saturday at this time is extremely quiet and would be considered to be an off-peak time. Charged $25 to go during this time although signage also indicated a less then 1 hour rate then $10. Very unclear for users of this parking facility and a very expensive visit.

This parking is extremely expensive. $20 per hour. No facilities. Dirty and untidy. They are taking advantage of people's need to visit RPA. We went on Christmas Eve to visit our premature grand daughter with my 90 year old father. We had limited parking choices. Over $25 for a bit over an hour! Even though the rates are clearly marked this is taking advantage of people in a place where parking options are generally limited.

Sydney's worst car park. Your car will be filthy by the time you leave this car park and if you're lucky, some overgrown trees in and near the car park will scratch it too. 80% of it is unsealed dust/dirt/gravel so other cars using the car park will kick up fine dust onto your car. As the other reviewers have hinted, it's also hideously expensive. Because they have a monopoly of proximity to the women's and babies hospital (and it is well patronised) this "secure" car park will never have a sealed surface. I've been forced to use this car park over the past 9 years (nowhere else close to park with newborn babies) and the surface has been the same through all this time. The only change was to offload the parking attendant to a call centre in the Philippines which was admittedly helpful in remotely getting me a replacement lost ticket once . But on the whole I'm pretty disgusted...
