Used te $10 taxi service twice got the same fella, which is good, clean cab n quick driver

When you first call they tell you there is a taxi on the way, 30 minutes later you call again same, they say on the way, another 30 to 40 minutes goes by and when you just about to call again the taxi arrives.
It turns out the driver actually answers the calls
But preferencial is that the Indinginous people come first.
I needed a taxi to get to the Katherine hospital for surgery.
I made my first call one hour before i was due to be at the hospital.
NOT GOOD 😠😠😠

The most pathetic taxi service I have had to deal with. THEY JUST DON’T TURN UP. Ruined our whole evening plans to go out for dinner. Shame for the other local business owners who missed out on our patronage because we had no taxi service.

Poor service, never arrive if ringing from home, hotel or anywhere unless your at woolies or in town. There are alot of disappointed people pertaining to ringing a taxi in Katherine is concerned, they don't pick up.

This would have to be the most inept taxi service I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. 1 hour and 4 calls later still no taxi. I will never utilise there services again and I will make sure my family and friends do the same. Pathetic.

They would pass you around when you call or never show up at all. No follow up call to let you know they can't make it.

Waited for over an hour for a taxi after being told on the phone it would arrive shortly, called them again and they said it would be with us in 10 mins, it was not.

Tried again the next day and 10 mins later received a text saying it would arrived shortly, waited outside for over 5 mins so called to check it was coming and was told it was 4 mins away. Then watched as the taxi drove straight past without even slowing down. Would not recommend.

Don’t bother trying to get a taxi in the early hours with this company. I waited for half an hour for my taxi to come - in the dark, alone and at 5am. It never showed up so I missed the bus to Darwin. When I phoned the office to see where my taxi was, I was told there were no drivers as they don’t open until 6am. If you don’t open until 6am then don’t take bookings until that time! Just another pathetic Katherine business to avoid I’m afraid!

Didn’t show up after 3 separate calls. The drivers kept picking up people who hailed them separately and left us waiting for 40 minutes before we eventually called another company. Avoid.
