Fast service, great food, fantastic lunch.

Delighted to find a good range of gluten free options in this regional cafe. Don’t be fooled by the shopping centre location, food was very good, seating relaxed and comfortable and service excellent. Good range of vego options and milk alternatives, too.

Great service and atmosphere. We ordered two drinks and the cake of the week. We were accidentally overcharged for the cake but staff was happy to refund us the difference. The cake came out late as they dropped our order but when I brought it up they were polite and apologised for the inconvenience and brought it out as soon as they could. Would definitely recommend to friends and come back again.

Always great coffee and good food at reasonable prices

Tried the Smashed Avo instead of the normal bacon and eggs from here and I can definitely say it was a 10/10, definitely recommend.

We have been a few times recently and stopped in today after a hospital visit.
Staff and service are very pleasant and courteous.
The delicious coffee and food were delivered to our table in no time at all.
Definitely be on top of our list when we are in the area.

Thank you Ruins Cafe. I walked in with my elderly mother after attending a long specialist appointment. We needed some lunch, but it was after 1.30pm and staff were cleaning up. After determining that we could still order food, my mother enquired as to whether there was something she could get which would not trigger her food intolerances (think gluten, lactose and yeast). Although the menu was marked with gf options, yeast remains a problem for Mum. After enquiring, the chef came out and happily negotiated a meal with us, as well as making sure that my dietary needs were considered (I have none). Thank you for the good food and the consideration, even though you were closing up.

Some of the best coffee in port Mac. Top notch food although a little pricey for the larger menu items it’s worth the jingle as it fills you up and tastes great. Broni, james and the rest of the staff always provide the best service and coffee. My Saturday breakfast staple and quick pick me up coffees before work through the week

RECORD SPEED FOOD AND DRINKS AND SERVICE. My parents order drinks and they came within 3 minutes and the food came within 10 minutes and amazing cheap prices

Love the coffee here, never a bad one. Good selection of gluten free on the menu as well as in the selection of cakes. It has become our regular coffee place.

Stopped in as we were in a rush, was served by a very bubbly girl named Lauren, was wonderful even though it was very early! Food was cooked perfectly, no faults, five stars.

Had the Ruins breakfast. It was enormous and really tasty. The coffee that was served with our brekky was also top shelf.

Maybe a few other establishments in Port should have brekky there to see how it's done.
