I would definitely recommend Themis to anyone who want to learn the guitar or improve their skills and knowledge. Themis is very organised and committed to the growth and development of his students. I like his structured approach to learning and thanks to him I made big progress in sight reading, music theory, rhythm and chords. So glad to have him as my teacher!

If you're after a teacher who will teach you how to sure up all areas of being a musician, not just a guitarist, Themis is your guy. Get your lessons from someone who's studied from the best and had been teaching ever since.

He's like a music theory encyclopedia! And can teach you theory, sight reading, improvisation and the things you need to know to be a musician.

I’ve been playing guitar for 20 years, spent some part of it professionally as a stage musician. Improvisation for me has always been stuck in shapes and music theory was not something I was able to translate into my playing. I was keen to move into Jazz but wasn’t able to progress much.

Since a year I’ve been studying with Themis and I cannot tell you how he changed my approach to music. He is following legendary Charlie Banacos methods. He studied with him in person for years at Berklee. This is serious stuff. Being able to access to a teacher/musician like him is priceless. Cannot recommend more to any guitarist wanting to really move into next stage in their playing.

Themis is a Berklee College of Music (Boston MA) Graduate and a student of the legendary educator Charlie Banacos. His repertoire of improvisational techniques is world class and contemporary, and his mastery of the fretboard is second to none. I would highly recommend Themis without hesitation.
