Bought a pair Asics shoes online. Easy process. Great communication. They reply to emails etc in a very timely manner and they show great attention to detail. You will save a lot of time and money and enjoy a very satisfying shopping experience with these guys. Look forward to going there on store one day.

Daniel was super helpful in helping me find the best pair of running shoes to help alleviate my knee pain. He was knowledgeable, patient and gave great advice. I had the opportunity to watch how I run and to try on shoes and have a quick run on the treadmill to see how they felt. I highly recommend this store.

Very knowledgeable staff. Really understand how different people move and stand and understand the mechanics of movement really well. They are then able to recommend shoes that are the right fit for your particular use case whether it is running, walking, feet issues or gait, they have the necessary skills to fit you out.

I shopped here years ago & still enjoy the correctly fitting sneakers. Recently my daughter who plays rep level netball, was suffering with blisters & sore feet in her $220 sneakers. So I took her in to the Heathmont store & got the same top quality service & advice as I did many years prior. We found a suitable pair of sneakers with no pressure to purchase, but we did & my daughter has been thrilled with the new sneakers with no blisters being generated, she is free to enjoy her sport pain free.Highly recommend this store & staff, friendly and attentive to our needs. The service at the Heathmont store is excellent. People are greeted on entry and an apology given if they need to wait to be served. Catherine knew the stock well and gave good advice. She was very patient as I tried on a number of shoes, changing the size and style until we settled on 2 pairs that fitted well and were very comfortable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble when dealing with customers.

The girl who helped me was very knowledgeable. At a glance she knew which shoes would be good for me. She was able to narrow down my size and as a result I only had to try on 3 pairs of shoes. They are the most comfortable runners I have ever owned. I would recommend this shop to everyone.
