Cannot recommended Jess enough! Such a wonderful and knowledgeable Pilates practitioner.
Each class is different and Jess aims to always keep challenging students, while making sure to consider any injuries or ‘niggles’ that may be present.
Despite usually having sore muscles for days after, I always feel much better physically and mentally for attending her classes.

Classes are run in a beautiful studio and are fun, challenging and effective. Jess’s explanation of what you should be feeling during each movement helps you get the best out of your body, and each class packs a Pilates punch of high intensity strength and core training that helps you walk out of class feeling taller and stronger.

After major injury and illness, Jess' classes have enable me to restore strength to my body without over taxing muscles. Jess's dedication & focus on each student to ensure correctness in every exercise is a testament to her detailed knowledge of her craft.

Pilates with Jess has allowed me to recover from a back injury with no surgery - amazing!
