Fantastic job and excellent service. Broke down in very remote location while on holiday & road trip on NYE arvo 2022/23. K & M /RACV depot somehow managed to perform a miracle & turned up in a few hours with tow truck to pick up my car some how managed to find and drop off a hire car on NYE on this remote dirt road so we could get back to our holiday accom/road-trip. When I called in 2 days on 3 Jan when they reopened to ask about repairs so I could continue my road trip and get to my next booked destination, they pulled out all stops to get my car on the road that day despite being very busy. Fantastic effort!!!!

I recently purchased a new battery from here over the phone and picked it up at the end of the day. Jess was really helpful and friendly. In fact she really made my day just by being cheerful and her genuine nothing is too much trouble attitude. Good old fashioned customer service.

I have had trouble with wheel alignment since first purchasing my Navara NP300 my18, Karl was able to recognise the problem that had been an ongoing dispute between myself and Nissan Australia. His team was able to order and fit the part in a timely manner and have completely resolved the issue without further delay or cost. Well done K&M team!! Thank you!! I honestly can’t thank these guys enough for going above and beyond to source a bullbar for my daughters 21st birthday present. Without their efforts, I would be waiting 3 weeks until stock arrived in Victoria. Excellent service. Had a problem which the attended to really quickly. Spent time problem solving and charged very reasonable prices. Was so impressed I asked the to install a new break controller which cost me less that 4 different quotes I had from Melbourne. Can highly recommend. Thank you!

Highly recommend these guys. Had my car towed in because of an overheating issue while on my way out camping for the weekend. Was looked at first thing Monday morning. Once parts arrived, by Tuesday afternoon I was on my way home. Also fixed my air con while they were at it. Very reasonable all round.

The entire team & staff were really helpful. From the super friendly tow-truck driver who initially helped drag our 4WD from a remote camp site in the Alpine, front desk staff, and the 2x mechanics who helped us back on the road to Melbourne. Gave us several options on resolving the vehicle problem and very helpful for us to leave it overnight until we sorted out a solution / decision. Thanks again everyone at K&M!

The staff here were so helpful recently when we were towed in to them after being towed off Mount Buller by RACV after hours one night. They organised everything for us with the RACV and gave us a loan car to enable us to continue with our plans and then fixed our car sooner than anticipated. We are not locals ourselves but assume that you must have a great reputation locally. Great service - thanks again.

Our Ford ranger had a leaking water hose and RACV towed us in to these guys. They organised a hire car for us and then tried their hardest to get a replacement hose over the New Year Holiday period. They stayed back at the workshop until the hose arrived and fitted it on New Years Eve, when they wanted to be at home. The service and friendliness of these guys was outstanding.

Our 2wd campervan broke down on the Friday and was promptly fixed on the Monday, good considering they are 4x4 specialists!

Absolutely fantastic service from John at K&M. He talked me through the whole process of the fault in my Mercedes, fixed it and it was really affordable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks John and when I come past I'll drop you a bottle of red.

Was stranded coming into Mansfield with a DPF fault on my Range Rover Sport. The guys at K&M were very helpful, fixed the issue and got me back on the road within an hour. Avoided a tow back to a RR dealer in Melb. Special thanks also to Dom (not often you come across a young kid now days that show respect to customers...credit to the owner).

Brilliant service! Alternator failed, and they were able to get a new one from Melbourne and install it within 24hrs. Very friendly as well.
