Friendly staff and fast service. Show you how to put the chain on as well. One more thing have to mention, charging my girl (she is just turning nineteen) at kids price for the ski hire package without telling me. What a surprise!

A bit high on the price point compared with other shops, but the staff compensated for that. Very helpful showing us how to place the chains into the wheel. Thanks to that, placing/removing the chains in the mountain was a breeze.

Hire shop is well set up. You move from area to area, so it doesn't overcrowd being in one area.
Best advice: get there early. I was there at 6.30am (opens this time on Sat), as have next to no waiting time. I was in and out in 20mins.

This is a very friendly place that won't break your budget.
There is a guy takes very good care of the customers. He found a good match for my feet for skiing boots. They also have a great selection of snow boards and other equipment.The fact that chains are included in packages is a bonus. Staff confirm that the chains fit and show you how they work before you drive off.

It was an exciting journey to Mount Buller and I had an excellent day. The skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and snowshoeing were the most exciting events. It was a day of snow falling which made the day more memorable. The launch was also enjoyable.

I got some issue with my covid results.. so I can't go in to Mt buller.. but we rented everything before on store.. when I reach them to return everything without using them.. The Manager and staff is really Humble they refunded everything we spent there on store.. thanks for that.. definitely I plan again to going there.. cheers

Staff were great and patient. Had tyre chains fitted and skiis rented. Would come back, but maybe use Buller Sports up at Mt Buller as they have a better range.
