Alzburg Resort

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in a studio room and loved everything about it. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The room had a kitchenette with washer/dryer and dining setting. The facilities were great with the tennis courts and table tennis tables being a real hit. We enjoyed some friendly competition between us🤣 The staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We look forward to coming back sooner rather than later and recommend this gem of a place to everyone.

Great stay. Very quiet room with no traffic noise and very little noise from other guests. The price was very reasonable and I decided to stay an extra night and got a reduced rate. $270 for 2 nights I think is good value considering what the room had.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
My wife and I were impressed with the room and as were enjoying the room I said to my wife, this room is amazingly clean. So, we started going around looking for dust :) And found none. It's a great place to stay and highly recommend it.
We are looking forward to going back.

The staff at Alzburg are absolutely amazing! We had a small issue with room’s bed configuration and the lovely gentleman ( I didn’t get his name but he had a slight German accent) went over and beyond to fix it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It could do with a facelift which I think is on the cards as some rooms had been recently renovated.
We have stayed here 3 times and we’ll be back!

This time, we booked Alzburg Resort located in Mansfield
.The main reason for choosing this place was the availability of snow equipment rental and shuttle services, all at a very reasonable price. The staff inside the resort provided excellent service and were always willing to help with any issues we encountered. Especially the male staff at the front desk, they were very friendly and provided exceptional service. The resort offers a wide range of recreational facilities like swimming pool, sauna, spa, table tennis, and tennis courts, making it a fantastic choice. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, with nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this place!

Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome & make our stay comfortable. From Fabian at reception to Callum in the ski shop, the team couldn’t have been friendlier. Would definitely stay there again.

We had enjoyed our 1 day stay at Alzburg Resort. The place is conveniently located, room was very cleaned, they just forgotten to give us milk though fir the tea but that was rectify quickly by Rowe at the reception, she was very friendly and helpful. And also accommodated when my husband asked for a massaged even on a Sunday and called the masseur. Rowe also gave us tips on where to go for dinner and breakfast. Over all we are happy with the place and service.

The room was beautiful, good size, king size bed, great to have a laundry and beautiful pool for a swim.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, neat and clean. Room had full facilities laundry, oven, microwave, induction stove and utensils for induction stove. Comfortable bed, hot shower was so relaxing.
We didn’t try but hotel has pool spa area, tennis play area.

Stayed for two night, stay was worth for every single cents

We have stayed here twice and have loved our stay both times. The resort is very clean and maintained, each time we have booked a two bedroom apartment and it’s very spacious and nice. Downside is the shutters don’t keep out the light so it was very bright overnight. The spa bath was nice and big. The pool area looked amazing but we didn’t get a chance to go in either time we have stayed. We will stay here again every time we visit Mansfield ☺

Absolutely fantastic service, the best I have encountered in Australia to date. Myself and a friend (who will also be leaving a 5 star review) we’re mucked around by a snow trip company and Alzburg not only let us ride on one of their coaches and rent their ski gear (at a very affordable price) but the service from every member of staff, particularly Jodie at the reception, was impeccable. They were all so happy to be there, approachable, willing to help, just all round lovely people. They helped us sort out what started as a nightmare of a trip and we left Mount Buller feeling very grateful they had provided us with such service - we would have missed out otherwise! Thank you to Alzburg for all your help, and for the hard work of all the ski gear hire staff under hundreds of demanding people, you guys are great! Can not recommend enough. If I return to Mount Buller, I will be staying here!

What a beautiful place to visit and stay. I would definitely come back and stay for longer. The people are so welcoming and friendly here.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. One of our ski boots didn't fit correctly after the first day, so we asked to swap it for the second day of hire. The staff were more than happy to accommodate and spent 10-15 minutes going through the different options and making sure it fit perfectly.

Have always used them for snow hire and have had a consistently excellent experience

Rooms are spotless, especially bathrooms, crisp white linen and towels, pool is sparkling clean, heaps of outdoor settings to sit and eat, easy walking distance to town, friendly staff, good coffee, heaps of parking. Will definitely rebook again thanks

An absolutely amazing place to stay. Room was very clean (room had carpets which weren't great but just remember to bring slippers/slides to wear inside), amentities were great, staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

Location is perfect if you're planning a weekend trip to Mt Buller. It's about 40 minutes to the mountain entry gates and a few minutes drive to the local shopping strip (or ~10 minute walk).

Definitely keen to come back again next time!

Great place for stay and affordable if you are going to Mt buller. All the skiing equipments can be hired here

I didn't stay here but I use their buses - from Melbourne and from Mansfield - and their hire services every year and they are always really helpful, organised and patient and attentive to the details. The gear has always been well maintained and fit for purpose.

Walk to main street shops and eateries. Heated pool spa 365 days 7-7. Tennis. Bus stop to MtBuller.

Great value for money and near perfect rooms. Good value for money.
