Got my ears pierced with no dramas by Lucy. She was lovely and made the experience really easy and enjoyable!

Today I went into Lovisa looking for a ring and was greeted by the most lovely salesperson. Noni helped me find the perfect ring that wouldn’t tarnish and opened lots of boxes for me to try on different sizes. Even though we didn’t find one that fit (my hands are small), Noni did an amazing job and was so friendly and helpful throughout.

I walked into Lovisa not knowing what exactly I was after, 5 minutes after I walked in i was greeted by Maggie whom helped me the perfect earrings and necklace to match the dress I was to wear to my sisters wedding. Maggie is very polite and definitely went out of her way to assure I had the best experience possible.

I have reviews for both the Ground Floor store and Level 1 store. The staff working today (young Asian girl at the Ground Floor) and the lovely lady upstairs who helped me with choosing a gold plated necklace to match my dress, were both so helpful! Downstairs, this particular staff member went to the trouble of trying to locate a specific necklace for me whilst upstairs helped me try them on and select one. Thanks girls!

I had my 2nd lobe piercing done on 02 May 2022 by Abby. She made sure to pierce it at the exact spot i wanted! It was a pleasant experience in store, although they were very busy, they appear to be organise and set proper expectation of the wait time. I like that I also get to see other customers being pierced and be ready for my turn. They are doing helix and lobe piercing using a studex gun. $39.95 including a pair of girly earrings and aftercare was a bargain! I love the range of earrings choices and designs! I’ll definitely come back and buy some more earrings.

I just want to share an amazing customer service. The staff who called Valentino she was very helpful & compassionate. I had an ear piecing one week ago by some other staff and got infection with the earring stuck in my earlobe, It was really bad but she was still willing to remove the buried earring from me with no cost. Even a gp could not be bothered to try. My ear is healing thats because of Valentino's professionalism and humanity. Thank you :)
