Freckles 'n' Frowns Photography

Rose was incredible to work with. As a midwife and mother to her own children we were given every confidence as first time parents that she would know exactly how to settle our two week old newborn and capture his best angles. She was nurturing and gentle while creating delicate and adorable poses.

Rose was amazing! Trying to wrangle an active two-year-old into our newborn photoshoot was no mean feat, but somehow she did it with ease. We were so happy with our photos, just so natural and beautiful. Would highly recommend!

I booked an outdoor mini photoshoot for my 2 children. Rose captured them beautifully, I couldn't have asked for better photos! Rose was really great with the kids and the turnaround time to receive the digital photos was very quick. Already planning to book Freckles n Frowns again next year for a full family shoot.

Rose delivered beautiful natural family photos (that were not too overly edited or corny) with quick turn over, for a great price. She worked efficiently to capture my little ones good sides even when they were grumpy and she was so understanding. She made all the efforts to communicate in advance too and was just lovely to deal with overall.

We loved our photography session. Rose was excellent. She made us feel comfortable esp when we had an active toddler and a 5 month old. We loved the shots and highly recommend her!

I loved my newborn photoshoot with Rose, she was amazing at calming my baby and using a range of cute poses. I purchased all the photos in my gallery as I loved them all!

We wanted to create beautiful memories for our son's first birthday. When we approached Freckles 'n' Frowns Photography for a garden photography session, photographer Rose was kind enough to suggest and offer cake smash photo shoot along with the garden family photo shoot.

On the day, Rose made us and our little one feel very comfortable. She came equipped with all the photography props needed for the shoot. She knew all the right angles and we could just be our natural self without worrying about where the camera was. She worked super-fast and was able to get lots of wonderful shots of three of us without spending forever to do so. This was very important as our little fellow is very active and constantly on the move.

In her final gallery for the shoot, all of us look so relaxed and happy. She has captured such candid and gorgeous shots of us, we cannot thank her enough. She has created something special for us that we would cherish for the rest of our life. She was not hesitant to work repeatedly on our pictures, until we were fully satisfied and happy with the final edits.

Rose provides a personal touch to the photo shoot and our family felt our relaxed best while working with her. She has a natural ability to engage with children. The photos are everything we hoped they would be and more – they are an absolute treasure. She created Pinterest and Instagram style cake smash photos for our little boy that we had only dream of. She went above and beyond in making our day special. She is a kind and amazing person herself and we highly recommend her for any photography session involving little babies and families.
