Great service and wonderful great range of products

Went into store today to return an item I bought for my sister-in-law which the colour and size wasn’t right .Didn’t want anything else so the rude sales assistant told me they don’t refund it’s on your receipt the only receipt I got was the efpost one which didn’t state the terms and conditions and the sign in the shop was not at eye but at backside level.
I could only exchange or have a credit not for 4 weeks if I don’t use it within that time I loose it .
No refund if you change your mind so buying a gift that wasn’t right is changing your mind?
Ladies I will never go there again their in you face but as soon as you return an item their true colours show .

I had the misfortune of having to return a faulty item a couple of days ago. My experience was unpleasant with long haired female shop assistant who was rude and obnoxious.
Told by madam that I was not entitled to a refund, upon which, I informed her that under law l most certainly am and I insisted. Told that I was rude because l know my consumer rights.
I had also tried, numerous times, to ring head office over several days to no avail. They obviously are not interested enough to even answer.
Ladies, do not waste your time, as I will never again waste mine there. 0/10

Hi - I was in Eloquence today ( the third time this week) and the assistant was extremely pushy as she was on the other 2 occasions this week. I was quietly looking at items with my friend when the assistant repeatedly picked up items to hand to me.As she passed a Christmas ornament (value $12.95) she let go of it before I had hold of it - as it was glass it smashed!!
She informed the grumpy boss who insisted I pay for the item.
I have spent literally many hundreds of dollars in this shop over the last couple of years and unfortunately I will never shop there again.
I am sure the item probably cost $3.00 at most wholesale.

Extremely disappointed!!
