Now has an Australia Post sub branch. Does all the newsagency stuff. Staff are very friendly.

I'm not sure if this newsagency has changed hands or not. Certainly there are far less magazines etc and a lot of gifts and homewares in the store but this could just be a sign of the times. I was in the store for the first time in a long time this morning. I found the newsagency staff quite polite but the woman who served me in the Post Office at the rear of the store was a totally different story. She was rude and very offhand in her attitude. No people skills or politeness at all.

I don't enjoy going to this newsagent. The staff seem more interested in selling lotto tickets than newspapers, magazines or anything else. It takes too long to actually pay for anything at the front counter.

Tunstall Newsagency delivers my newspapers so late EVERY morning that I would be better off buying them at my local agent.
7:45am during the week and close to 9:00am is ridiculous. My neighbours
are also complaining

Absolutely disgusted with the place was there today checked my ticket at machine was a large crashing noise glass thing fell off shelf my empty coles bag must have brushed it obviously wasn't in shelf properly and they demanded I pay for it was $29 have lived in the area for 68 years and will never step foot in that shop again the owner is very rude and sarcastic at all times

Visited the store for the first time this morning and the blonde lady that served me was very rude and arrogant. Like it was a chore having to serve someone buying a newspaper.

Staff very unfriendly and downright rude.
Customer service sadly lacking
