Good price. Great service. Several options of sweeties and salties. We got Cream Stick / White, Puffy Sausage, Ham&Cheese Croissant, and Almond Croissant. 🥐 Everything was just delicious. Nothing was exaggerating sweet nor salty. You will find a good diversity of options for breakfast or afternoon coffee time. Today I went back to get some more. I'll certainly go back more often to BonBons M-City.

My friend and I went to Bonbons Bakery M City on 2nd March 2023. We met Corrine and she made my Chai Latte and Iced Matcha. She provided great customer service and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place for drinks, both hot and cold.

Just want to say thank you to the lady who was at the cashier + packing delicious buns into the bags at the same time - I came flying in at 9.20am on a Saturday desperately late and wanting to buy a swiss roll. A kind fellow customer tipped me off as to where the cashier was and I proceeded to the cashier area presuming I had to ask for the swiss rolls there as they seemed to be on display at the coffee counter. Lo and behold awesome young lady at the counter took me away without a break in her sentences going - how could she help me (want swiss roll) what flavour would I like (uh..) we have plenty of flavours chocolate vanilla or combined with all flavours per box or special ones cookies and cream..then resumed bagging the buns patiently while giving my panicked self some room to JUST PICK A SWISS ROLL

Immediately after I picked one she gracefully left the bagging station and without skipping a beat asked was that all (yup!) Did you need a bag (ah all good - shakes head -) and I paid up and left.ALL UNDER 5 MINS

P/s also I've had bon bon bakery's swiss rolls before and lemme tell you they are good ☺

Great service from staff, was able to purchased a Minion birthday cake which was very tasty and successful. They had trouble with efpos on the day, but were very curtious when explaining and no one had an issue. Well done girls.

great coffee, caffeine is strong and their coffee seems it has really good laxative effects 😂 not sure if because of the coffee or the milk

Wide variety of freshly baked pastries, cakes, tarts, bread with choices of espresso coffee to suit most whims and fancies. Staff are friendly and professional

Matcha red bean bun is good. Most of their breads usually are.

The girls are always happy and funny when we speak in chinese always happy to help.

Awesome cakes

Quick easy to order at M City store lady was helpful and pick up was easy to. We ordered the Flower Garden cake which was lovely light vanilla sponge with strawberry cream in between. Beautifully decorated. Ordered from here few times and never had an issue. Recommend

The down side is that although the store opens at 8am every morning as per google indication, but nothing is available other than coffee. You'll need to wait closer to 10.30am to see the shop full of food. I really enjoy thier coconut bread. I turned up at 9.30am on Sunday thinking of having that and coffee for breakfast. The shop was practically empty and i notice that they have just finish baking thier first batch. There was a few customers waiting. It was a bit disappointing to see why they advertise 8am opening hrs and nothing is available until another 2.5 hrs. If you say you open at the a certain....everything should be ready. Other than thier unusual operating hours, the bread are very tasty.
