To travellers considering a stay in this are , you will not find better , blissfully quiet , beautifully appointed cottage , perfect attention to detail, topped off with delicious breakfasts.

Terrific hosts and accommodation. Very comfortable, well decorated room and property in a lovely town. Breakfast was lovemy, loved the black apron table service, really set this bed & breakfast way above others we have stayed at.

My partner and I loved staying here. We found the location was central to the town of Coolamon, along with recommendations of local attractions provided by the hosts. The atmosphere of the old bank is very cute and makes this a great place to stay. We enjoyed the breakfast provided at an additional cost.

Lovely property right in main street but very quiet. I stayed in the old bank building that has been wonderfully restored, has all the amenities you need (including port and chocolates!) and has three large bedrooms all with large bathrooms with claw foot baths.

The people are very friendly, the food was great and the tariff very reasonable. Very clean and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cottage set beside the historic old bank in Coolamon. Beds are comfortable and warm and everything you could need for a delightful stay is included. The port and chocolates were an added bonus and the fresh milk in the fridge is always appreciated, especially when presented so beautifully. It’s a short walk to everything, including the club which has a fabulous Chinese restaurant. Can’t fault Sweet Briar B&B. Would definitely stay here again if in Coolamon.

We stayed in the main bank building at Sweet Briar in July 2022. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with lovely hosts. Andre and Keryl went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

One tip is that not much is open in the town on Monday nights so take your own food (Andre and Keryl were happy to heat something up in the microwave for us).

Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stay at B & B's on a semi regular basis so over the years we have totalled quite a few. Some are good, some not so. Very occasionally we stumble across a true gem. Sweet Briar is one such place. Immaculate in every respect, from the presentation of the gardens and the property overall to the quality of the breakfast and coffee served in the morning. Andre and Keryl made us feel special indeed. Our only regret is that we did not stay for another night. Not to worry, Coolamon is such an enchanting little town that we will surely return before long.

September 2020: My only regret is that we could not stay here longer. Andre and Keryl are wonderful hosts and their accommodation is spacious and immaculately maintained. The building has an interesting history as a former branch of the Bank of New South Wales (now Westpac) and the rooms themselves have a wonderful cute feeling to them. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

What a beautiful spot to spend a day or two. Andre and Keryl are amazing hosts. Sweet Briar is exceptional ... the cottages have such a warm and homely feel. When visiting Coolamon, or its beautiful surrounds ... you must stay.

Gorgeous little place. Immaculately clean throughout with delightful cosy rooms and pretty gardens. The hosts are lovely people and have done a fabulous job maintaining the heritage of the property. Location is perfect being close to everything in town. Highly recommend a stay over.

We were fortunate to get a cottage at this delightful gem of a BnB in Coolamon. Andre and Keryl were very friendly and welcoming and the accommodation clean, comfortable and with all you need for a short stay. Location wise, in the main street, means you have easy access to places to eat and an excellent starting point to walk around the town. Breakfast was superb, beautifully cooked and presented in the breakfast room in the main building. We felt extraordinarily comfortable and entranced by the accommodation and town and surrounds. A delightful spot for a break far from the madding crowd!

Charming B'n'B in an old bank building. The old safe is still visible in the sitting room. The rooms are beautifully maintained in a traditional style and the bed comfy. The courtyard gardens are lovely and we enjoyed soaking up some sun there on a cool day. The hosts are very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a brief stay or as a base to see the area.

Charming, in every sense of the word. Lovely hosts and gorgeous surrounds, apart from the incessant yapping of a dog, all night,
in a private dwelling behind Sweet Briar. I myself, an animal lover, who was indeed travelling with my pet bird and small dog, could only lie in bed and wonder how the dog's owners could stand it themselves, and not do something about the distress of the dog, maybe they were completely deaf! Apart from that, I would highly recommend the "Sweet Briar", and, it is truly sweet.

Stayed in 1 of the cottages for a few nights whilst staying for work purposes. Very nice accommodating hosts. Cooked breakfast was delicious each morning. Cottage itself was very nice, especially the comfy bed. On my departure I was given a cookie for my trip home. Highly recommend Sweet Briar.

Helen & I had a lovely little cottage, perfect for the two of us. And what a delicious breakfast served in the breakfast room by very genial hosts André and Keryl. Individual rooms in the main building were occupied by friends who were equally impressed with their facilities. All at Sweet Briar in Coolamon, NSW, a nice little town starting to go places. Highly recommended.

Andre and Kerryl have the property looking stunning and the service absolutely on point. Every little detail...glassware, crockery, cutlery, linen, comfort of beds, bathroom appointments etc etc etc...sweet briar is an absolute gem for a luxury escape. Incredibly reasonably priced for the level of quality

You know what. Just go to Coolamon so you can say you have stayed here.
Andre and Keryl are wonderful people, their B&B is gorgeous - clean, comfortable and picturesque. Like the town.
Coolamo's Main Street opens up for tourists weekends mostly.
