Great pub great food awesome staff had full rack of rids in Jack Daniels glaze and steak with a seafood topper the prawns were big both meals were very large portions and were extremely tasty

My wife and I decided to stop into the Royal Tavern in Coolamon for a mid week evening meal after reading many good reviews. We found it to be a great little tavern with nice cold beer and lovely food. The meals were large and the food was of a very high standard. The friendly staff make you feel welcome and it topped off a nice evening so the Royal Tavern in Coolamon is definitely worth a visit in our opinion.

Friendly and polite staff. Clean and beautiful old pub. The food arrived quite quickly and was very well priced for the size of the meals. The plates were filled to the brim with huge, delicious meals which were cooked to absolute perfection! Highly recommend you stop in.

Always great service, I've been a regular guest here for nearly a year and haven't had a bad experience. Special mention to the night guard Mo, always greets us with a smile and kind words and Brooke and her team for their will to help.

Awesome and tidy pub on the main drag. Friendly service, cold beer and probably the best hot chips we've ever had. All for great prices too! Definitely call in for a coldie.

A genuinely lovely country pub with exceptional staff and something for everyone on their bistro menu. The barramundi is simply delicious, highly recommend!

Enjoyed lunch there today with friends and it was totally faultless. Great size meals, very tasty and fresh, and the service was second to none. Friendly staff, good clean environment and plenty of options on the menu. We will be back when in the area again. Good old fashion pub, with good old fashion service.

Wonderful! Lovely staff and possibly the best pub meals - ever!

We had to stop here as the Caltex shut early and refused to serve us. However we went in for Dinner and met a very enthusiastic young lady who prepared and served a fine class meal. We ate in the public bar as it was air conditioned and this was good as it was 38 degrees outside. The Publican was a champion bloke and told us all about the town and people etc. The Beer was icy cold and the feel of the place great which is rare when your 1200 kms from home.
Thanks guys we will never pass through again without stopping. Cheers Crikey Graham
