Pizza By The Bay

Hands down the best takeaway pizza in Victoria. Staff are so friendly and fun, and the food speaks for itself. That’s before you realise how beautiful their location in Safety Beach is.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at "Pizza by the Bay", and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual hangout or a family dinner. But let's talk about the star of the show - the pizza! Every bite was a burst of flavor, from the crispy crust to the generous toppings. And the best part? They use quality ingredients that you can taste in every slice. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience from start to finish. If you're a pizza aficionado like me, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Family at the beach and needed to grab a quick bite, this was the closest option and didn't disappoint! Fish and chips were crispy and fresh, whilst the burger with the lot was just how I love my burgers!

We love the food here. There is a great variety of meals on the menu. The Pasta Verdure and the Fish and Chips are my favourite. The last pizza we ordered was really good and I’m not usually a pizza eater. They can get really busy at times so be patient- it is well worth the wait.

The pizza is not too bad. I've had better and I've had worse. Their large is only 12" when a large should be 14" (where I'm from). A Large Margherita set me back $20 but I know they up charge because they can in this area. The staff member (male) was friendly.

The pizza was surprisingly thin for a pan pizza. Usually a pizza this thin is baked in wood-fired oven (think Neopolitan). This was definitely not Neopolitan-style though.

I also ordered a single scoop of chocolate gelato. I wasn't jumping over the moon but it was good.

I'm not from the area but if I happen to be hungry and passing this place, I would still stop by for a bite. And as others have mentioned, the single gelato scoop was pretty small compared to other places.

Right across from the beach, always accessible for a quick meal. Great variety of pizzas available, and always love my dessert, the tiramisu. My grandchildren love the ice cream on a hot day, and I’ve been known to grab one to.

one of the best experiences i've had in Victoria. I went there with my friends and we were starving when we came across Pizza By the Bay. I loved the way we were treated and dont even get me started on the food. Delicious and Mouth watering. Also there's this cute redhead who was the most charming guy ever. I hoped he asked me out and i hope he sees this

Amazing staff, awesome fresh food, great location. The lady running the shop takes so much care to have everything fresh and prepared from scratch. The food is high quality and well prepared. Yummy yummy yummy

Wow , popped past last night to get something quick to eat on the way home from work from the moment I went to the counter the service was some of the best I ever had , the young lady helped me with the menu and so many choices . The pizza that I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had . Definitely recommend trying there pizzas and yummy tiramisu which is home made everyday .Thank you Guys I’ll be back

We always stop at Pizza By The Bay when we are in Safety Beach. The kids love the margarita pizza and I love their fish and chips. The service is great, always friendly, and once we’ve got our food we walk across the road and eat it at the beach.

Have been coming here for a few years and it never disappoints.
The staff are always so friendly, and the pizza is filling and tasty. If you go in, I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza and a Lemon gelato from the “Gelati King”.

Great food, the tiramisu is absolutely delicious! 10/10 recommend!
Tried the stay chicken and peri peri chicken pizzas and they were so good! Will definitely be back!

This is a terrific pizza pasta shop. Highly recommend. Pizza has plenty of good toppings. Staff very efficient friendly and deliver driver always really friendly too. Feels like a small family operation really getting it right.

Order fish and chips !
I tried pizza before, nothing special.
This time, I was craving for fish and chips. I was very skeptical to order fish and chips from the pizza shop. But I did it anyway.

Called them up, ordered the food, walked down to the shop and took it to home.

It turns out that fish and chips are their secret specialty. 🫢🫢🫢
Who knew ?

The batter is very crispy even after 5 minute-walk back home.
Perfectly cooked, still moist inside, seasoned heavenly!

Please try it. If they make it as same as they did today, you will be surprised how good the fish and chips could be from a pizza shop !

I just ordered a lazy lunch for me, my child and my niece and it came sooo quickly I was kinda scared it’d be rushed but it was the best meal we’ve all had in ages. The chips were hot and crispy and the pizzas were perfect!! There’s a 5 year old running around saying ‘todays the best day ever’ now

One of the best pizza's I've had. I tried the pepperoni pizza. The waiting time wasn't long at all. It was prepared fresh and hot. Unique flavour and nice tomato pizza sauce. I will be coming back.
