I needed a new phone and have been keeping a close eye on them. Online my phone went from $1400 down to $898. Wangaratta was the closest to me to pick up and in stock. With 1000days interest free it was too good to miss out on.

I also needed a charging dock and drop safe protector. The staff member was so helpful even giving me a special on these 2 items. $50 for both.

I can not thank Dale and Lauren enough for the service, care and compassion they provided when buying a new computer recently. Dale went above and beyond to help me out and took the time to set me up on my new computer. Lauren's bubbly personality lifted my spirits. It did not seem enough to take them some cakes and slices to thank them but I am so grateful for people like them in this world.

My phone packed it in on the Friday before the long weekend so I went to Telstra to get a new one. Wrong . I was told I had to book an appointment to get a new one. No phone for 3 days. No thank you. I went to Harvey Norman and got one immediately. Lauren was brilliant. All sorted in an hour

WHAT AN AMAZING SERVICE. Words can’t express how easy and fast and just how good she is.
I live in Melbourne and wanted to buy an items for my grandparents - l wasn’t sure at first if they would pick up. But Laura had offered to take it to them at the end of her shift. WOW!

Didn’t end up taking the offer as my grandfather when out for a walk to get it. BUT WAS SO WONDERFUL THE OFFER she gave, especially during these times.

Even after l forgot to get an extra cable - Laura went to get one for me - easy payment over the phone and ran it out to my grandfather.

We visited Wangaratta (from Perth) over the Xmas period and we were pleasantly surprised with warmth and service offered in this country town. Nate and his staff crew in computers went over and beyond to help us get some accessories and extra presents. Service was amazing and we even scored some awesome deals. I would recommend to anyone to go talk to Nate, and he will sort you with great deals. The whole crew was pretty good and made our Xmas break even more fantastic.
