I had a fantastic shopping experience at Big W! Finding products was a breeze thanks to their well-organized layout. What made my visit even better was the incredibly helpful staff. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and readily available to assist, making my search for items effortless. Big W's commitment to maintaining a store where products are easily found and staff are so accommodating truly makes shopping there a pleasure.

Had a problem with a USB-C AUX adapter that I bought for my S21 (the brand was Gecko, dont get it for your S21.) and brought it back. Adam was extraordinarily helpful and helped me to rectify the issue. Awesome customer service.

I gotta say, the lady working the toy section was freakin awesome, helping me find what I need, Willing to go threw boxes to help.... Now that is customer service at its best, thank you

Disappointed that there is no large W for sale good place but

I was amazed upon entry of the size of the shop and I must say there is a bigger variety of things than other big w's I've been to.

Great store with plenty of stock on offer.
