Terrible, incompetent and unprofessional. What should be a straightforward processing of a death claim for my late father has dragged on for over 4 months with no sign of resolution. After numerous calls and promises of call backs, I have yet to receive a call back from the case manager. Sadly, there are many other families having to go through much worse and longer waits for the death claims for their loved ones. If you are thinking of putting your super in to an industry fund, think again.

The ongoing problem with not getting paid on time, my super was due on 26th December and I still haven't been paid. Too bad if I had any bills to be paid, just had a look at my account and the payment was not put into my account till 27th December, surely in this time of technogy they could have ensured that money was available on time. Very bad customer service and not fur the first time.
