Busy but good

Have used them a few times and they generally do a good job however I have to post this as they claim to be able to assess your trees for health/safety etc. They came and removed two fallen trees but left the other large tree between them that was clearly compromised and about to fall. I went up to check the work and this entire tree is about to uproot. You could not have missed that. It is so very dangerous and I am so very disappointed that you did not call me to let me know. I would have been happy to pay for you to safely remove that tree too.

Couldn’t agree with your review more Gen. Terrible customer service. They’ll smile and act nice but the follow through is missing. Expensive as well. After sending emails, phone calls, and text messages, no call back, no follow through. Not even a courtesy to say they got the message and they’re busy. I have yearly tree pruning needs that will definitely go to another more reliable provider.

This company makes promises and delivers nothing, literally. No matter how many times I’ve rung since they first told me they could do the job the following week, I’m still waiting.
