The best fish & chips in Melbourne. Ronald is an amazing host! The food is melt in your mouth fantastic and is the only place we went back to multiple times. Look forward to coming back and eating here again!

If you like your food freshly cooked, then this could be a place for you. I had the Kiwi burger with the lot. It was excellent (especially as it has jalapenos). I pinched a potato cake from a mate, and it was hot and not too oily. There is a good range of drinks available, including original Kiwi soft drinks. There is also plenty of seating for dining in. Definitely worth a visit 👍

Battered flake was great so were the chips and tartare sauce. Only downside is the eftpos minimum is $20, bring cash!

Solid, traditional fish and chip store - all your favourites, including kumara chips for the kiwis out there!! Portions are also huge and delicious. Bonus being the staff are extremely lovely 😊

Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Potato cakes were to die for.

We are visiting Melbourne and thought we would try the burgers and chips here for our dinner. Quick, friendly and quality service and our food was amazing- fresh burgers and real, crunchy potato chips. Our meals were not heavy or greasy and we will definitely go back for more!!! I’ve been coming here for 8+ years having lived nearby. Now I’m not so much a local but will try grab a feed before footy when I can. Plenty of fish to choose from and always grilled nicely. The chips are good enough with some good dips available. South Melbourne Market dim sims are available. Definitely one of the best fish and chip places around.

Thick Battered Fish remincient of a Freo Pub whilst the tatre sauce is the best around especially with their thick rightly salted chips.

Food is always fresh - and you can taste it. The burgers are great value and delicious - not worth making your own at home. The fish is fresh - notice when you enter that the shop doesn't smell of fish? Well, that is how it should be. Fish portions may not be huge but it is the quality of the fish you are paying for. Chips perfectly cooked - and always in clean oil. Staff are great - nothing is too much trouble in case you have specific requirements. Potato cakes - yum. Home made, not bought frozen packed. You can tell because the sizes vary so much - however, if you happen to get a small potato cake they will always give you 2 potato cakes to make up for the non-uniform portion sizes. Quick service, fresh, hot food, dine-in (with small selection of alcoholic beverages available) or take-away (why not take to the nearby Fitzroy Gardens and sit on the lawn) --- what more could you want. Highly recommend.

Very nice service with excellent attitude! We arrived 10 minutes before they closed at 9pm on Saturday night . The owner chef did not only refuse my order but also allowed me to place order and dine in the restaurant. Everything was cooked to perfection. Chips were crispy and in large quantities. Fish fillets were juicy and tender ! Very good experience!

Omg. Best fish n chips I've had in Melbourne. The lunch special is huge...2 people can easily share for $14. Fish is moist and batter is light and crispy. Will be back again for sure. Don't miss this place
