The staff at the Emporium shop were so lovely. Extra thanks to the Store Manager, who went the extra mile to source the pieces I was interested in. I had a hard time deciding which items would fit my budget, and the staff were very patient and helpful. I'm leaving Melbourne with three beautiful new S & B pieces. A very happy customer.

Beautiful store.

Very disappointed with my experience here today. After calling during the week and speaking to a lovely young woman who was very helpful and encouraged me to come in to try on a jacket I was interested in, I found myself all but ignored by the woman who was in store that day who seemed to prefer to attend to the woman who came in after me & made the minimum of effort to help me. I’m not sure why as I was well dressed and was ready to spend money. In fact I liked the jacket but decided to buy it online rather than spend my money in a store that obviously didn’t care if I was there or not.

This store has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The staff totally ignored me, even when I’m right in front of them. They select who they want to serve. I was astounded with how I was treated at this store.

the seller refused to open the door of the store at 17 53, when I asked her about it. Shop should close at 18 00.

Was the only customer in the shop, and staff failed to acknowledge me until I was half way out of the door, very poor customer service
