Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea

The experience has always been pleasant. Clean store with a few tables and seatings. Fast service and the tea are amazing. Accessible entrance for disability. Card payments accepted. Easy to locate near Melbourne Central Railway Station and tram stops on Swanston Street. No toilet available to the public.

Our tea didn’t take long at long, so was surprised with the quick service.

I order the sugarcane juice, thinking that it was the fresh one, but it’s not. Still taste great, and I’m glad that it’s not too sweet.

Place is not big and filled with boxes on the side, so there’s not much room to sit and enjoy the tea. It’s more a order and takeaway style.

The brown sugar milk is velvety and warm in a cozy way and the signature fruit tea, while on the sweet side, is delicious, which is not unusual as it is a brand that focuses more on fruit teas. It compares well to other bubble tea stores in the area except in that its prices are quite a bit higher than the average.

Great service. We tried out flavors we have never tried before. The worker who served us was very helpful about the ingredients and sugar suggestions. Will definitely be back

Absolutely delicious fruit tea! The foam was rich and creamy, pearls were done just right, and the drink didn't taste like pure sugar. Try this place out.

One Zo serves a wide range of drinks. The location is very strategic as it is situated near (1 minute walking distance from) State Library, QV mall, Melbourne Central and RMIT. The price is reasonable - approximately $7. Alisan milk tea + buckwheat pearl, matcha latte + matcha pearl and yogurt green tea are highly recommended.

I re-edit my review to 5 stars, they finally offer soy milk and it taste good.
The queue is quiet long especially when the lady is by herself.

Came in on a hot day and ordered the winter melon lemonade which I really recommend. The store is tiny and kind of cramped. Dunno why they turned their heater on, which made the inside of the store hotter than the outside. Good thing I had somewhere to go so I didn't have to hang in the store. Will go back when I crave for winter melon drinks 😋

Their hand-made pearls make the best milk teas in Melbourne. If you want to try taro, chocolate, sesame pearls, this is the place

According to Google I apparently walked past this store but next time will definitely give it a try! They only have gong cha where I live. It seems the other reviews are really good too.

Back in Melbourne a year later, I went here to try the taro milk drink, the black tea latte, and the signature fruit tea.
Fruit teas aren’t my favourite so can’t really judge on this one. It has that sour fruit flavour which I personally dislike, but others might find tasty.
I ordered the black tea latte with pearls, and oh my goodness it was just the perfect drink for me. The tea flavour is strong and the A2 milk you can taste, the pearls were handmade, they are small - the texture and chewiness is sublime! One of the best bubble tea drinks I’ve ever had.
I found the prices for the drinks quite expensive, but it comes in such a large cup! It will definitely fill you up.
Lastly the taro milk drink had yummy taro pieces inside and good milk flavour. I for sure prefer milk teas though!
Definitely coming back!

wintermelon lemonade is really yummy and nice staff :)

Pretty decent, uses actual milk as opposed to powdered milk most other places use. The pearls are much more soft than the typical ones too, which is also nice if it suits your preference. Really happy that they put a ton of fruit and stuff into the tropical flavour, it's almost a meal in itself.

Friendly and patient customer service. The flavoured pearls are very subtle but I feel that it makes each cup more unique and the quality is amazing. (Tried the caramel and the matcha)

Drinks are less sweet (good stuff) compared to other shops. 6 kinds of pearls = coming multiple times to try them all!! Get here early, pearls run out fast ):

The main draw for me is the handmade pearls. Unlike other places, they actually make their pearls, which have a delightfully chewy, yet 'bitey' texture with subtle flavours. Makes the usual mass produced pearls taste like rubber balls lol. The Caramel Milk Tea, Tieguan and Jasmine Latte are all quite nice, they have a 'cleaner' taste than most places. Also like the yakult ones. A bit pricier than most, but the handmade pearls make it worth it imo.

Winter Melon Tea is surprisingly good!
