Cremorne Medical Practice

I could not see my normal GP and needed an urgent appointment. I called reception at 7:30am and they were able to book an appointment the same day at 9:40am. Her care and kindness were tangible and she let me know that it was important that I get in. I saw Dr Audrey Cheong and felt heard and cared for. She provided a thorough examination of my needs and also helped to give me the piece of mind that I needed. The staff at reception were helpful, kind and efficient. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Audrey.

Excellent I am here on holidays and rang the centre at 8.30 am and got an appointment 11.45 am the same day. The staff were excellent, so courteous. Abby, the Dr I saw was excellent, very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I'm a visitor from Spain and got to the clinic just before closing time on a saturday. Still, everybody was in 'can-do' mode and I left - 20 minutes into closing time - very happy : without a nasty splinter/infection and with a tetanus shot to boot. Another marvellous Sydney experience.

I had an excellent experience at Cremorne Medical Practice with Dr. Katrina Damian. She demonstrated a thorough and caring approach, particularly in addressing women's health issues. This has been the best medical experience I've had. I am especially grateful for the follow up appointment after an emergency visit, where Dr. Damian provided support with next steps. Highly recommend this practice for its exceptional care.

Doctor has a lovely bedside manner and was very thorough. I am new to Australia and she took the time to explain how the medical system works and I did not feel rushed.

This practice has been our go to for 5 years now. The GP’s are brilliant with my 2 young children and provide an excellent standard of care to myself and my wife. The reception team is also very professional and helpful. Perfect mix of clinical best practice and the human touch. I would thoroughly recommend.

I've been attending Cremorne practice for about 3 years now and the experience has been very good. My doctor has never been more than 5 or so minutes late for my appointments and is most proactive with follow up reports to me after I have had external tests and specialist referrals. I value both of these attributes very highly. Also Practice staff have been highly proactive and knowledgeable when I have had a question or request.

I have been a patient of this practice for several years and have always had Dr Keys as my GP. He was a very popular doctor and when he retired 12 months ago many including myself were disappointed. I would now have to find another GP. There are GP's and there are GP's. My father who was a general physician, complained about the quality of GP's who sent him patients having always missed something he would have had to correct or diagnose. I guess with limited time spent with the patient, this is no surprise. However, all fears have been put to rest with my most recent visit to the practice. I was looking at the list of doctors on the website and noticed their most recent recruit, Dr Rose Li. I was impressed by the fact that was a university medallist and after my visit with her I am not surprised. I saw her about a condition I had contracted and wanted it confirmed by her which she did. Most GP's in my experience would have left it there and seen you to the door; but not Dr Li. She wanted to take my blood pressure and ensure my medications were updated and send me for my annual blood test. Not only did she take the initiative but her chairside manner was second to none. She was very friendly, engaging, and a good listener. She may not have the years on older GP's but don't be fooled. She is very clever and has solid diagnostic skills. After all, you are not awarded the university medal for nothing! Before long, she will be booked out weeks or months in advance. She maintains the excellent quality exhibited by all the doctors at the practice. Cremorne Medical practice was smart to snap her up. Thank you!

Great staff - and a big shout out to Dr Rose Li, who was super professional with personality in spades - an absolute delight (as a new patient having a skin check). A refreshing change from the norm ...

I've been going to this medical centre for a few years now and I've always been impressed with the level of care and attention I've received. I would especially like to mention Doctor David Moore, who is my primary care doctor. He is always patient and understanding. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced, and I feel confident that I am receiving the best possible care under his supervision.

Excellent care from every doctor I've ever seen at this practice over a ten-year period. Each one has been a great listener, whether it be an in-person appointment or a telehealth appointment, and has provided thoughtful and personalised advice.
