Core Performance Physiotherapy

I went to see Sarah at Core yesterday after tweaking my back over the weekend. Sarah took the time to diagnose me properly, treat the situation and provide me with plenty of advice on how to take better care of my back in the future. I felt like she genuinely cared about equipping me to get better, rather than trying to turn me into a permanent customer - which was my experience at another well-known physio practice. Her pricing is very reasonable too. I highly recommend Core, and will definitely be heading back there for any further physio needs.

I have been attending Sarah’s group classes over 4 years and more recently one on one after a recent neurological episode. Sarah is very caring, understanding and won’t push you beyond your limits.
