I had Ian by my side through my first pregnancy and (complicated) birth and through the loss of my second pregnancy, and I honestly trust him with my life and the life of my children. He can be quirky and a bit matter-of-fact at times, which could throw people off, but honestly this man has a depth of knowledge which will make all the difference when it comes to the crunch. He doesn’t treat the mother simply as the incubator of a baby and he doesn’t ever play down the health and well-being of the foetus. He will be honest and straightforward which could be perceived as a ‘lack of bedside manner’ by some, but when/if the time comes he’s reassuring and kind. In my darkest moment he simply said to me, ‘it’s ok, I’m here’ and I immediately felt safe. I honestly can’t recommend him and his wonderful support team highly enough.

Extremely competent and efficient, very attentive and gets back to patients very quickly. My wife and I are extremely happy with the experience would recommend this obstetrician to anyone.
