After picking up an injury playing sport Dr Rob Jeffs was empathetic, caring and knowledgeable. He made a huge effort to get an MRI sorted in good time and gave me a clear treatment plan. Thank you to the whole team.

The best medical centre on the peninsula. Our family of 6 has been seeing the doctors and staff at the clinic for around 4-5 years now. Always caring and go out of there way to help. Keep up the good work team.

This medical clinic is the absolute best! Every staff member from the receptionists, to the nurses and the doctors are so kind and just so lovely. If you are a family looking to have a relationship with a caring GP I couldn’t recommend them more. Special mention to Dr Sarah and Dr Jo. I feel so glad to have found a clinic like this while I have little humans around.

Hands down the best doctors practice I have attended in the whole of my life. Every single doctor is kind, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. This is not a practice that pushes patients through like a conveyor belt. They listen and advise based on their intention to get the best outcomes for their patients.

My husband and I have recently moved from Mornington Peninsula in Victoria to Queensland.
For the 5 years that we lived there Dr Rob Jeffs
was our GP. What a lovely man and an excellent Doctor. I have chronic asthma and thanks to Dr Jeffs I am now on the correct medication.
My husband had some underlying health issues that had gone undetected for some time until he saw Dr Jeff’s. Treatment that followed has my husband back to his normal self.
Do you have to wait some times - yes!
Is it worth it - YES!

What a great family practice it caters for all family needs, Doctors Sarah & Rob Jeff’s have opened a state of the art practice that is.2nd to none. They are the most skilled professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting. All staff at the practice are all top professional s who have excellent caring bedside manners. Dr Jo Pollott is a top female doctor displaying such medical skills. The Managment of the centre has diligently chosen the most friendly obliging friendly reception staff, a friendly smile and caring manner is exactly what you need when you walk through the front door feeling unwell. The doctors take the time to explain your ailment to you and ensure you are not rushed with your consult. Having bloods taken at the centre is another plus. As the wellness centre continues to grow with its multi services it provides there is everything a family needs under the one umbrella, it’s a one stop shop which was well overdue on the Mornington Peninsula. Fantastic new medical and wellness clinic. Rob Jeff’s is my doctor and he is very caring, supportive and professional. Never rushes you out. Really listens to your issues. Three other doctors are females and all excellent. Reception staff and nurses are very friendly. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Rob Jeffs is one of the best GPs I have been to in years. Yes, sometimes we have to wait a little bit to see him but he runs a practice, not a production line.

If I could vote 0 stars I would.
I’ve had the worst experience at this clinic the last 2 times I’ve been this year.

I have been seeing Dr Rob Jeff’s for years and years and he was very caring, patient and understanding. The last time I saw him, he was rude and totally lacked empathy for my situation. I have never felt so horrible going to a medical clinic. I left in tears and have not been back to see him since.

When pregnant with my children I saw Sarah Jeff’s, as she had a ‘reputation’ of being excellent with women. This was NOT my experience at all. She prescribed me medicine that had not been available for 2 years. I don’t see how this can happen when she works with women regularly. I found the care extremely poor.

Lastly, I saw Dr Alex Terris today. I said something within my rights. He laughed in my face and was completely and utterly rude. I don’t know how this man is a doctor as he certainly lacks social skills.

I will never return to this clinic after such disgusting medical care. Highly disappointed!
