Can’t fault our stay! Absolutely perfect location to everything you need, including the metro. Eugene on the front desk was so welcoming and helpful too. Would recommend to anyone for a budget stay in Sydney. Great value for money. We’ll be back!

The staff here are amazing. Welcoming, and helpful. In particular, Eugene went above and beyond for me. He worked overtime to finalise my booking, as I arrived several minutes past staffing hours. He was patient with me and was a great friend to talk to. This hotel has extremely affordable rooms at a decent location. A minute walk from Kings Cross station which can get you absolutely anywhere.

the room was a little small, but it was cozy. The front counter staff was helpful, and where they were located was very easy walking to the restaurant. My lady friend I went to

Wonderful customer service. I needed a room and most hotels in the area were sold out. I left my number and promptly got a call and an email back once one opened up. Has non-corporate feel to it.

Had an amazing experience on the weekend Eugene went above and beyond to make sure mine and my sisters stay was good flew in from Perth for a concert would definitely stay again :)

Absolutely loved staying here. The room had everything we needed (except ice!) Great location, walking distance to everything and only a couple of minutes to the train station. The cafe attached was really good and the shared lounge area was lovely. Very clean and tidy and so quiet! The service from the staff was amazing from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to get us all the info we needed and he helped with everything we asked for including booking us a taxi to the airport. Definitely exceeded expectations and not only would we stay here again if we travel to Sydney, but I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A great place to stay whilst in Sydney. Value for money, and all beyond expectations. Quiet location, close to everything, and public transport nearby. Staff very helpful and would recommend to anyone looking for good budget accommodation in the heart of Sydney. Will definitely be back in the future.

Service was great, rooms are compact and sparkling clean. Location is fantastic close to pubs cafes , night spots and the Train station.
The cafe downstairs is really lovely. Our breakfast was delicious and the almond croissant was divine. We'd definitely recommend

Our experience with Springfield Lodge was great, the check in and check out processes were very easy, and I liked that there was no additional payments involved, we paid exactly the price we were quoted when booking. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were very nice. We also thought the property was safe, and the process to access the hotel afterhours was simple. The only minor inconvenience was that the bathroom was very tiny and not very accessible.

The room was tidy and well set out, bed was huge and comfy. Sheets were delightful. Eugene at the front desk was super helpful and considerate. We will definitely recommend.
The location of the hotel is amazing

Our stay at Sydney Lodges was absolutely lovely. As young women we felt very safe and taken care of by the friendly staff. The staff truly went above and beyond for us and let us know about all the facilities available to us, they even let us store our bags on check out so we could enjoy the city for a few more hours.

all is great except for the fact it has no parking. room service could be improved (once the bed wasn't made even after the room was serviced).
the rooms are not sound proof and is not recommended for light sleeper

As always, the staff was helpful before we came, welcoming and efficient when we arrived: it begins to feel like family. The location is terrific and for people from a small rural village of course the choice of cafes restaurants and retail, from posh to practical and cheap, is a real advantage. You can have style and you can find a bargain, and laundry, repairs, alterations and services from manicures to medicine are very accessible.

After a long flight from UK needed a good nights sleep and we had it comfortable bed clean room small but clean great value and location only needed a bed on are stay as we were sightseeing all day would recommend this hotel

Springfield Lodge is a super convenient, comfortable and very friendly place to stay. The front counter customer service staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and go out of their way to assist, especially when storing bags on check out. I found the check-in and check-out process to be very quick and efficient, while also making me feel welcomed.

The bed in Room 212 was supremely comfortable and the shower had a nice supply of hot water. Though the bathroom was small, it had all of the facilities necessary for my stay and was not what I would call cramped.

The rooms are clean and well kept and provide just the right amount of comfort and space.

I highly recommend Springfield Lodge to any travellers looking for a comfortable, cost-effective accommodation solution right in the heart of Sydney, with everything at your fingertips or within easy travel.

Great place in a great location. We were both pleasantly surprised by the lovely presentation of the hotel, along with the big room and the general clean and fresh atmosphere.

Location is fantastic, directly across from a great little strip of cafes and proximity to train and bus is perfect.

And it is just a short walk away from beautiful Rushcutters Bay!

Staff were friendly and helpful in all aspects.

Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, beds were super comfy and the shower was hot! Loved the close proximity to shops and attractions - and even though we were in the heart of the city it was so quiet at night - like being in the middle of nowhere! Thanks so much! This was my first stay at Springfield Lodge in Potts Point. I had previously stayed nearby, and as a comparison I will return to this property.
My stay was memorable because of the staff.
From my initial email enquiry, and follow-up telephone conversation, enquiring about your rates, your staff member was extremely helpful.
Upon arrival I was greeted by name, her attitude was welcoming, and she was genuinely interested in my needs, which resulted in a comfortable & memorable stay.
The beds, linen ad toiletries are all good quality. You have a flat screen TV, bar fridge, and adequate room.
The location is less than a two-minute walk from the train station. I had to visit St Vincent’s Hospital which is an easy 10 mins walk.
Harris Farm is located across the laneway, for anything you need.
What was also great is that at the entry-level, you will find a cafe.
