Balmoral Medical Practice - Mosman

Visited for first time and very impressed. Practice had been recommended by a couple of neighbours. Lovely young doctor - asked relevant questions, seems very switched on.

Had the first morning appointment and seen promptly. Dr Rachel Stokes has a very pleasant manner and is thorough and caring

What an amazing team of doctors! Dr Amy is the best doctor I've ever had!! She is extremely thorough, kind and caring. Likewise, Dr Courtney is amazing with my young daughters and they adore their visits with her.

I've been visiting this medical practice since it first opened and I've always had a good health care experience. The practice is operated by the three founding doctors so over the years I've been able to receive a continuity of personal medical care with Dr Yakich. The nursing staff are friendly, caring and professional too as are the admin staff. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Very thorough, highly recommended. As someone who hasn't had a lot of loyalty to a single doctor medical centres in the past, I have a lot of comparisons to know that this practice and Dr Yakich is exceptional.

Our family has been attending this practice for many years and I’ve been so impressed by the thorough care of all the doctors, and the helpful support from the Reception team. Recently I have taken my 3 young boys to see Dr Courtney and her genuine care and knowledge in this space is outstanding. It’s So refreshing to have a GP that follows through, has availability throughout the week and provides support through her qualifications and lived experience as a mother. Thank you!

I had my first visit to the Balmoral Medical Practice today as a new patient of Dr Courtney Isreb. I was very impressed by how thorough, caring and professional she is.

My family and I have been coming here for many years. Dr Will Manovel and Dr Henry Yan are both excellent. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

Dr. Courtney Isreb has been amazing. Today I went to the Balmoral Medical Practice for the first time and I felt really supported and understood by Dr. Isreb. She took a lot of time to go through my medical history and understand my main concerns. I always feel GPs are in a rush and today I experienced a completely different approach in which me and my concerns were fully acknowledged. The girls at reception were also really friendly and helpful.

Always greeted with a smile at the reception, appointment times are kept, and in any case if you’re not feeling good it’s worth the 5/10 minute wait to be reassured that you’re going to be fine soon 😂 and parking is not a problem.

😃 all of the lasses in the front are enough to make you feel better already, the coffee is never cold,☕🍪 nor are the biscuits stale but I’m hoping that they are working on it. Imagine coffee ☕ biscuit 🍪 and seeing the doctor all on Medicare. Gosh how good would that be.🤞😅

Professional but friendly/ can see why the practice was recommended to me.

My own comment to improve the service would be to put a different lock on the bathroom door😂 A friend got stuck for 2hrs in a bathroom with a similar lock so terrifies me😂

I see Dr Amy Zhu and I couldn't be happier. The kids see Dr Hillary McArthur
and adore her. Both are exceptional. The nurse too. Everyone takes their time and they really listen. The practice is big enough to have everything you need on site and small enough to provide a high level of personal attention and service.

We are a 3 generation family , who have visited the balmoral practice for 10 years!! The care & commitment by the professionals here ,gives us comfort we are cared for impeccably, from the 19 year old to 90 year old .

Dr Henry Yan is a really good knowledgeable and empathetic gp. I was thankful for his extensive and thorough session and I felt cared for. Couldn't recommend more
