Mack Creek Public Hall

The hall itself is closed unless you contact a person to rent it out overnight. The car park there is a designated free campsite on the grand strezlecki track. There is no formal water or toilets available. There is an awkwardly placed tap near one of the entrances but please bring your own water if staying. Id suggest toileting across the road/nearer to the quarry gate and under the pine trees for softer soils. The carpark itself is quite compacted and hard to get tent pegs into. The outdoor lights don't come on at night which is great for trying to sleep. Birds road bridge campsite is probably nicer if you can manage it, but we didn't stay at that one.

An absolutely stunning, ambient building oozing rustic charm. Perfect for a boho wedding or birthday celebration. Amazing, secluded bush setting. Mum's wake was perfect and we were so glad we chose Mack's Creek Hall.. her quilts looked amazing in the space and the committee were so helpful.
