Clean , Small , neat and compact with comfortable beds , an outside light stays on all night for late arrivals and early leavers .. parking spot in front of your room, no playground like a brochure says ..

Very clean, comfortable rooms with all amenities (microwave, towels, hair dryer, table & chairs, TV etc). Great location close to the CBD, restaurants, shops and river. Highly recommend this place for an overnight stay or short term accommodation. Great service too. Many thanks.

A nice cheap and cheerful motel. I had a great night's sleep and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the motel is in a great location to everything you need. All up it's great value for money. Will stay again for sure.

These people are exceptional. We had no where to go. Beyond housing was able to give us one night in this motel and it was by far the best place we’ve stayed at for 3 months or so. We explained our situation and they were more than happy to help. Beautiful people and a lovely simple motel with everything you need. Would highly recommend for people to stay here. The atmosphere they provide is warm, comforting, friendly and above all else they actually care about their guests.

Rooms were good value for budget price, I was very happy with the exceptional service that was provided when the management went "over and above" when we needed help

Budget affordable motel but very CLEAN COMFORTABLE accommodation, pet friendly, clean bathroom. Fresh WHITE linen, WHITE SOFT towels 😊

Compact equipped family room with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, separate sink, bench, dining table, chairs, ironing board, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, even milk, tea, coffee, crockery cutlery and cookies!

The VERY clean little swimming pool was such a welcome delight. We were so please we could bring our little pet with us. Short walk to shops and park. Supporting small local family businesses. Thank you and we will be back.

Note to owner - a hot night so ? 2 locals stop by for a swim around 2am which woke me up!

Friendly service, very clean - couldn’t be cleaner in fact - comfortable bed and fabulous generous breakfast. The breakfast was big enough for both of us to share. 3 eggs, bacon and a pile of toast 😋

Very comfortable bed. Hard to sit in bed and read with the light above. Filling kettle difficult. Aircondition very nice. Even with the Highway out the back sounding like the sea it was easy to sleep. Great shower and bath towels.

Arrived unannounced at 9:45pm after a long, and hot 10 hour day motorcycling and received a warm welcome by a friendly couple at the desk. Additional bed was set up, AC set to cool and a good night was had in a very clean room.

I don't know why people have complained about this place. It's clean, bed's ok and the shower pressure was awesome. Maybe some people expect 5 stars from a typical country motel. I stayed in the top area / big room. An overkill for just me but $120 was a great deal.

It’s a really good Price and I will totally come here again. I got breakfast delivered to the door and and it was toast and cereal and it was only five dollars which was great and my kids loved staying here as, A little Play ground it in the back. Recommend for anyone who is travelling on a budget!

Shabby little motel on edge of Wangaratta CBD. Clean, warm, bed was comfortable, genuinely friendly owners. No complaints for cheapest available in the town.

Place is clean and tidy. The owner is super kind; picked us up from the train station and also let us use his car to drive around.

Friendly accommodating and helpful staff. Cleanest room I've stayed in for many years. Walking distance to town.

Close to the town centre. Right along the riverbank. Clean, refurbished rooms. Very helpful staff who helped us to locate some good breakfast places. Good value for money.

Beds were comfy room was small but it was value for money ...2 people double ..$95 .. aircon worked perfectly ...

Clean, comfortable and quiet, great location on the banks of the Ovens River just north of City centre. Friendly staff, good value.

Not the best looking motel in town but very clean old and comfortable rooms with instant hot water and well serviced. Great value.
