I found the staff that I interacted with extremely helpful with my product selection, how to use it, and gave further information as to why it was required after I described the issues I was having. The also advised what to do going forward. At the pay out section, the young lady was very personable, helpful, and offered a card and a smile as well. A really good shopping experience.

I required a new part for my vehicle. Clint reinstalled the old part. Until the new one arrives. Very attentive to detail. SCA are very caring.Always putting customers first. Highly recommended. I give them 200 stars.

Well folks they have most auto stuff one may need or can get for if they don't have in stocks,so much of good verities of stock.they have a point's set up an I claimed my bonus buy of $20.00 an only had too use $3.00 more for my item I got it was great they are quite helpful to the of there ability which is real good I buy most of my auto products an parst from here at real good prices folks so it a win win there in the shop.

It was nearly closing time when I got there but the staff were attentive, professional and very helpful. In no way did I feel that I was being hurried out the door.
I left with exactly what I needed.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My wife went in today concerned when the low oil light came on. She had been to 3 other places and no one would help her. The young guy who served her was brilliant. He checked the oil and topped it up for her so she felt safe enough to drive home and not harm the engine. Thanks mate great job.

The attendant who served me was so helpful. He made sure the front desk was attended and then accompanied me to the aisle where my product was located.

I’d like to say how impressed I was with the outstanding customer service Frank, from Supercheap Auto Wangaratta, provided me just before Christmas as I was heading to Sydney - he went to extraordinary lengths to secure me an oil cap so I could continue safely on journey and not be fearful my car would break down or even cause serious damage to my car. Such care and real knowledge - 10/10 on all levels of service!! Thank you
