Walked in to get a new pair of shoes. Was instantly greeted by the friendly manager (lady with the orange hair, sorry we didn’t catch your name!). She went above and beyond in helping me find the pair of shoes I wanted. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to thank her for her wonderful service today. I will definitely come back again soon to purchase a new pair of shoes. 😁

I recently (25/02/24) visited Platypus Broadmeadows and I must say, the customer service I received was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The staff Steph, Ghadah, felicity & Mohit went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences.
What truly impressed me was their knowledge about the products. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions, but they also provided valuable insights and recommendations that helped me make informed decisions. It's evident that they are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction.
Moreover, the level of attention and personalized assistance I received made me feel like a valued customer. Whether it was assisting me with finding the right size or offering me samples to try, they were attentive to every detail and made sure I had a positive shopping experience.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Platypus Broadmeadows. The staff exemplify professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine desire to help customers. Went in on the 31/08/23 to ask for a specific shoe which they don't stock.
Before I left I asked if they had any hats on sale which they said they had them the day before and they've sent their sales stock elsewhere. They offered to look for some hats for me and after 15-20 mins I ordered 4 hats and got it delivered free of charge and to top it off, got the delivery the next day! Great experience. Apologies for not getting the names of the 2 sales Assistants. Gentleman with dark hair and a lovely lady with bright orange hair. Well done to you both for your patience and assistance.

Crystal went above and beyond to help me today, she had so much patience and was so lovely! She helped me find the perfect shoes, even when i came in so close to closing time! Thank you again crystal ❤

I was served by Georgina (this was her name on the receipt). I went there during the black Friday week and despite of the fact that there was a long queue of people waiting and she was by herself, she was able to maintain a high customer service by being kind, fast and she even made me have a laugh. I am really happy with my purchase.

Such helpful staff. Wanted to get my partner a gift and they were helpful (as I know little about shoes) and we were able to find shoes that he LOVED. Staff Were patient and understand.
