Front desk girls always so friendly and accommodating!
I stayed a total of 3 nights. I recommend top floors, single rooms.
Shower is very clean. Quiet.
Laundromat and breakfast places next door! Best hotel & service in all of Potts Point!

A great budget friendly, sustainable hotel in a great location with a luxury feel. The rooms and shared bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Late check in was very easy and straightforward. Only cons I experienced was that it was very hot during my stay and the air conditioner did not blow any cool air which made the room a bit uncomfortable. It can also sometimes be tricky finding a moment where the shared bathroom is available, which was a bit annoying especially if you only need to use the toilet. There is no door hanger to notify other guests if the bathroom is being used or not. Apart from that, overall I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay again!

Great place! Very cute and very clean. Even though the bathrooms are communal- they are kept well and tidy.

Did get a little noisy at times (After 10pm) people going to the toilet or leaving their rooms .....as the doors are loud when they close.

Couldn't figure out how to open the window, (i dont think you can open them?) so no fresh air.....but there is air con available

Laundromat next door was very handy for getting washing clean.
Jensen potts point isnt far from train station either :)

If your travelling alone this is the perfect spot for you.
Very safe and quiet.

The stuff are very honest and kind.
I had no issues with the shared bathroom they keep it well maintained.
Bedrooms are very cozy and a little sound proof.

I was traveling solo and this was the perfect place for me. Room was small, but had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. Shared bathroom was clean. Lots of restaurants surrounding and easy walking distance to the metro. I felt very safe the entire time and the staff was incredibly helpful too! Highly recommend!

Super cozy room, clean bathrooms and great location. The staff was incredibly sweet and friendly, and they were very helpful. I ended up extending my stay for an extra week because I enjoyed staying there so much, and they let me keep the same room which was very convenient. I have absolutely loved staying at The Jensen and can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sydney!

Staying at The Jensen, Potts Points has been one of my best hotel experiences over the years! With the great location, convenient access to world-class restaurants and bars this hotel is a top-notch spot in the jungle of hotels in Sydney. The staff is super friendly, helpsome and always ready to give you a good advice for the day if needed. The housekeepers are also super flexible and will clean the room once its convenient for the guests. I stayed here for 2 months, and where I most likely would feel tried of a hotel after that long time anywhere else, I never really felt like that at The Jensen, as it really felt like you were home, away from home.

I was hesitant at first about the shared bathroom but my worries quickly vanished. These rooms are so cute cute, So cosy and beautifully curated. Self check in went very smoothly and it is in a stunning location surrounded by restaurants that look nice but will in fact break the bank.

The room was small but still clean and easy to approach everything. And the sink was in the room so it was easy to wash my face and hands. Also, the restroom was clean, not crowded. One thing made me tired is that since I had one huge luggage, it was hard to use stairs to get into the room.

Staying at The Jensen was a blast! The room was cozy and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. But what really made this hotel stand out was the proximity to everything - I was up in Sydney, going to the Sydney Festival, which was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and memorable stay.

We are visiting from Canada and had a wonderful stay at The Jensen! We were greeted warmly on arrival at the front desk and our check-in was seamless. Room was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely come back.

I loved staying at The Jensen. In fact, I extended my stay I loved it so much! The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and there were lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The staff are very friendly and I enjoyed chatting to the girl on the front desk every morning. She passed on a lot of great local tips - best coffee, great food. I felt well looked after in a personal way. Can't wait to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Jensen. We were initially a bit concerned about the shared bathroom situation, but it was no problem at all – they were contemporary, clean, and regularly serviced. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, and small touches like the complimentary chocolates and birthday bubbles made our stay extra special. We felt valued and looked after. Parking was close and easy, great access to all of the best restaurants, and the complimentary drink cards were much appreciated. We'd happily return :) Thank you, Jensen team!

I have had an exceptional experience staying at the Jensen this January, and have recently rebooked my stay for late March. The location of the hotel is fantastic and offers exceptional value for the price point. One of the main reasons for my return is the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Zoé at the front desk. Her kindness and quick problem-solving abilities are greatly appreciated. I am grateful for the exceptional service provided and look forward to my upcoming stay.

Couldn’t recommend a better hotel than this one! The receptionist Andrew was so lovely and understanding! He assisted us with our baggage and stored it for us on our last day while we explored Sydney! The location was amazing and service was 10/10! Would recommend again and again

Spent 4 days at The Jensen. Was made to feel really welcome from the moment I stepped in. Check in was very efficient. Room was clean (I'd booked a compact single room) had a TV, working empty fridge in which to store items, Tea/coffee facilities. Bathrooms are shared but are very well maintained and cleaned very regularly.

Location is good for transport and for Restaurants and Bars in the Kings Cross area. The hotel offers a laundry service but there are several others around the area as well. Breakfast is offered which you can order in advance.

I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay within easy reach of the city but not pay city centre prices. I would certainly stay at The Jensen if I am in Sydney again in the future and would like to thank the staff for their hospitality - special mention to the lady on the desk who always seemed to be there but was very helpful & polite.

Firstly Aaron and Bobby who run the place are amazing! Helpful, friendly - just great people! So, that always makes any stay a good stay. The place is super clean, rooms are clean and up to date including bathrooms. Its a good location. Farmers Markets are up the street on Saturdays, Really good cold brew coffee in a few cafes up the street. Anyways great people, great place.

I booked the Jensen as I needed to attend an appointment early the following morning and the chance of having to public transport in in time filled me with dread.

So I googled, expecting everything to be expensive or very dodgy. I saw Jensen advertised and immediately assumed that it would be out of my budget. It looked fancy, great location and then even better the price was fantastic.

The room and the quality of service I recieved, I felt I should have been paying double the amount. The room was immaculate, well thought out and had everything you needed. The allocated bathrooms were clean, swanky and posh. (Polar opposite to a backpackers which I thought I’d be walking into)

The staff were caring and friendly and genuinely made me feel excited and happy to be there.

The Jensen was great and would recommend to everyone.

The jensen is amazing! rooms are clean and comfy , super cosy , price is fantastic - I upgraded and took the balcony room . Loved staying there would 100% stay again and definitely would encourage friends and family. I initially stayed 7 night and extended the stay two further nights . Bathrooms are share yet always clean and tidy and always available for use . Staff really looked after me . The Jensen is always spotless and slick looking. Thanks so much for the stay. Definitely book the balcony room on your stay .
