Staff are extremely pushy. You go in knowing what you need and they distract you with a bunch of other upsells to the point where you can't even concentrate. Give the customer what they're initially asking for, then suggestive sell something. And suggest, don't push.
Staff are willing to help but they need to refine their customer service skills to cater to the customer and not make them uncomfortable.
