Good club, good coaching. And this is the only club that provides free ball machine.

2 synthetic grass courts and 8 clay courts. Plenty of courts for members to use. Generally quiet. Has lights fee.

Free usage of a ball machine which needs to be booked. I don’t believe many other tennis courts offer this.

What a shame. Went to this Club today, took my Son for a Competition Game. I was unaware that I was watching my Son in a seat I should not have been in and apologised, moving on as requested. However, another Chinese parent was so aggressive in yelling at me to leave that I have subsequently complained to a Committee Member. Beware of some of the Parents, not a pleasant environment at this Club. Committee Member was fabulous and will be investigating. Just a bad experience, but hopefully just one person, who really needs to look at his poor behaviour. Not a great example for the young children watching on. He should know better and set a better example. Hoping he can learn some manners, subsequently. In around 6 years of Junior Competition, the worst Tennis Parent I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. Please sort out his behavioural issues, for the benefit of your Club.

Terrible experience.
We are another club that were playing here last Saturday.
Just to report back we found the lady running koonung tennis club extremely abrupt, bordering on rude.
There were two spare courts number 1 and 9 free. We asked politely if we could use them and she said no, with zero elaboration. I asked politely if she could explain the reason why and she said I don't want to use them because i don't want to. They were used by another team a few minutes prior but they finished their matches early!
Also one of our boys ate a small party pie from a large platter on the table after the kids finiahed their finals match and out loud she says you have to pay 50cents if you want one. The poor boy from the opposition was so embarrassed. It was finals times and they just lost, just what you need.... friendly I think not!. There were no signs to say that you had to pay 50 cents and people from this own club were eating them freely. How embarrassing for all.
Lastly we sat two courts away on the park bench "behind" the tennis fence and she abruptly asked us to move. She didn't want any parents anywhere near the courts at all. Like I said we were two courts away trying to watch the boys play "out side the fence on a seat"! With zero talking!
I just wanted to report her poor behavior. I was very calm and patient with her because I could clearly see she wasn't a rational person to deal with.
Hopefully this feedback helps furure experiences with our families and kids when attending this facility in future matches.
Some of the boys noticed this ladies eratic behaviour. Can the club president please monitor this club member. You will know who she is because apparently she has been like this for quite some time. Which makes me question why she is still allowed to be in this position around young impressionable children.
If the club president is aware of this club members behaviour from previous complaints than surely he to needs to have some accountability over the matter as well.
