Awesome service by the service area. Inquired about an item and was taken to the item. Didn't have to wait to be checked out at all.
Clean store. The staff are always friendly, smiling and always happy to help. This store is one of the stores who got the most kindest, friendliest team I have ever come across.

Yesterday, I went looking for talc powder. One customer service staff member did many efforts for me to get that product. He was was kind, big-hearted and cute too. Thank you ❤

Friendly and helpful staff. A few weeks back I bought shampoo instead of conditioner for my sister. We both went to take it and exchange then I realised I was charged full price and not discount for that and another hair product item. Sales person and I went to look and the sales docket was an old one that hadn't been taken down. The store honoured the docket and gave us a full refund on both products. There is a large amount of products to choose from includinglarge deli. Very clean and tidy. Wheelchair accessible plenty of parking. Areas around store Still in progress with new stores being built.

Dealt with an employee Georgia. Ran into her in an aisle and she wa s’more than helpful. She was amazing. She gave me the exact locations of the products I was looking for as I was new to this store. She was so kind and helpful considering I am an elderly and I’m so grateful to Georgia for her helpful advice today.

Always great staff are always friendly

Have shopped at this Woolies for 40+ years (as a drop in - or full shopper), easy parking, experienced staff and rarely super busy. Has had many changes over the years but remains a pleasure & easy going experience on every visit.

Sure it’s busy. Sure it’s an ageing store. Sure the lady scanning my items took her time. But you know whats great about this store? It keeps on battling through. And I can’t think of anything more Australian than that. 5 ⭐s all round!

Free parking and many parking places. Easy to use trolley. Self checkouts. Nice shops around. Everything is good Except for weak internet connection on cell phone in the building.

Been shopping here since I was a kid, the staff members are great and still remember me. The products here are always great and have never had a problem with anything! Everyone is happy to help and happy to have a chat with you.

We often do our weekly shopping here. It has a moderately good range and the staff have generally been very helpful.

This store has some more new products and this store is really gaint one among others it was good and hygiene.

Such a nice little supermarket inside the shopping centre. Helpful staff as well. If you wanna avoid the Woolies in Devon plaza this is your next option.
