I went camping with my 6-year-old for two days, and it was a blast! The campground is really spacious and well-maintained. You can set up your tent anywhere you like, which adds to the fun, especially when it comes to choosing the perfect spot. There's a little stream running through where kids can play, adding to the adventure. The showers and toilets are clean and well-kept, and there's even drinking water available. Just a heads-up, there's no cell service, so plan accordingly. It was the perfect way to spend a holiday outdoors!

First time out to Bluff Creek Campground just out of Kenilworth. What a spot!! I was able to choose anywhere I wanted, had a great little spot with a plunge pool in the creek, fire pit and privacy with clumping bamboo around. Manmade dam a short distance away, Mary River a little further. Great to walk around the well maintained grounds, I kept finding more tracks and sites. 2 amenity blocks have toilets and showers with more portaloos scattered around the place. No powered sites, generators allowed, USB charging available at amenity 1 block. Dog friendly. Staff were friendly and accomodating with any needs. Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend away with my puppy who had a great time making doggy and human friends, we will be back.

Love it. Amenities are clean. Staff are friendly. Site is beautiful. We've been there 5 or 6 times now. And this is one of our favorite sites

We had the pleasure of experiencing Bluff Creek Camp Ground at Bluff Creek Kenilworth recently, and we are delighted to share our positive feedback.

The location is a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Situated close to town, it offers the convenience one might need while providing a serene and breathtaking setting. The scenery is truly captivating, seamlessly combining natural beauty with a touch of civilization. The dam, rejuvenated with re-pumped water, ensures a refreshing swim in cool, clear water, eliminating any concerns about stagnant or mossy conditions.

We were impressed by the reasonable pricing of firewood and kindling, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience. The campground hosts were exceptionally friendly, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our stay. The well-maintained grounds, coupled with the abundance of conveniently located port-a-loos.

The provision of a shower block with two showers for males (with uncertainty about the female facilities) added to the convenience and thoughtful planning of the campground.

While the campground itself deserves a 5-star rating, it's worth noting that the only drawback we encountered was the tendency of some campers to set up very close to each other, despite the ample available space. This is not a fault of the park but rather a consideration for fellow campers to be aware of when selecting their camping spots. Don't camp right on top of people you don't know.

In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bluff Creek Camp Ground and look forward to returning. The positive aspects far outweighed any minor inconveniences, and we appreciate the efforts of the campground hosts in maintaining such a wonderful environment.

What a gorgeous place this is! The staff are wonderful, helpful and kind. I love that this place is dog- friendly sometimes it can be hard to find a nice camping spot that is. The creek is lovely and refreshing, there's a little pool for the kiddies too. The only thing is- there's usually a lot of campers that've set up camp right next to the creek, so it can feel a little intimidating/invasive to go for a swim. They do filter out though during the less busy times. You can purchase a bag of ice & or firewood if necessary before or during your stay which was helpful. Fire Pits at each site.
The place was fully booked out at the time of our stay but I LOVE that you weren't at your neighbours feet- there was MORE than plenty room for your set up and rig.
Highly recommend Bluff Creek Campground!

Beautiful property. Camped beside a small stream & pond. You can choose a site for its privacy or its openness or simply the relaxing views of nature. Amenities very clean & fresh.
Vicky was welcoming & helpful with a warm smile & attitude.
Strongly recommend!

Great campground with private campsites and hot showers. There is beautiful green scenery, and a couple of small walking trails and a river nearby. Overall a great place to have a relaxing camping holiday.

We keep coming back. There is a creek which runs through the grounds with a lagoon. Fresh water river next to the camp grounds. So many private nooks and open spaces to set up camp in tent or caravans.

This campground is up there in terms of one of the best I’ve stayed at. Perfect for everyone from large groups to families to solo campers. Key features include the beautiful views of the rolling hills set on a 100 acre property, campers can spread out and find their own secluded spot, there’s a dam you can camp around and swim in, it’s pet friendly and has clean amenities. The staff are very friendly and keep the grounds pristine. Highly highly recommend.

So beautiful and peaceful! The owners are lovely and very helpful, nice clean grounds and heaps of places for the kids to play in the shade. My sons had fun finding all the different swings and playing in the rivers. We just got back and I don't want to recommend this place because I don't want to share it but the owners deserve these fantastic reviews. Will stay longer next time. Thanks again 😃

Beautiful spot. Open with plenty of room. Hidden spots tucked in between trees along the creek. Short walk down to the Mary River. Toilets and shower blocks always clean, including the portaloos. Fire pits, good shop loaded with essentials and friendly staff. Kids will love the numerous different types of swings dotted around the place. Loved it and will definitely be back.

First time here and absolutely loved it, plenty of space and varied options of where to set up Camp 🙏 Potable Water to access is great along with hot showers and toilets make it a little more comfortable. Views for days and access to Mary River is awesome for a swim..

Wow. The best campground I have ever been to; not just in Australia, but in other countries I have gone camping in. They have a fire pit for all campsites, a store where you can buy marshmallows for smores, firewood and the basics. The absolute cleanest toilets and showers I have ever experienced on a camp site. The lovely people who work there are helpful, friendly and they allow dogs, which is very rare for campgrounds!
The campsite is near to Kenilworth, where you can buy the best pies and 1kg donuts! The next time I am in Brisbane I am most certainly going camping at the Bluff Creek Campground again.

What a beautiful campground, very well maintained camp areas, lots of wide open spaces for big camp groups but also some great little secluded camp spots for the solo camping groups (some of these have great solo creek access). Plenty of campsites with full sun and some with a combination of sunny and shady spots especially along the creek. A well maintained track down to the river and a brilliant little pond in amongst the campgrounds for swimming as well. The staff are absolutely amazing very friendly and welcoming. By far one of my favourite camping grounds. We will definitely be back ☺☺

If your looking for a real get away, a place to re charge and really relax then this is the place for you. Choose your site , set up and chill. Go for a swim in the dam, a walk to see the cows. The toilets/showers are clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to my next trip.

Stunning spot to spend a few days. Close to Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast with a relaxed country vibe. The outlook offers lush green grass, surrounded by beautiful bluffs and tree-lined mountains. We had a great star show each night too.

The facilities are good, and grounds deliver a great sense of space and options for finding the perfect spot.

The best bit by far are the hosts. We will be back again soon!

Went in early December this year with my dog, as a lil get away before the hectic holidays approached. Had such a wonderful time, and a beautiful place to chill when you’re doing a mini solo trip. Easy to find, 2WD accessible (huge+), trails to take my dog on walks with beautiful scenery, and the amenities were so so so clean! Will be returning for sure.

Absolutely beautiful place. Lovely people, very friendly staff. The camp sites are great. We were located near the creek and it was just wonderful.
Toilet and showers easy walking distance.
My wife and I spent 5 days with a young man with disability and it went really well.

Can't fault this camp ground, it's right up there with the best I've been to in Queensland. The attention to details from the owners is marvellous, and you'll find the cleanest toilets and showers here. The sites are huge with plenty of space for kids to play, a small brazier for your fire, and at least while I was there the grass was beautifully green and mowed. The Mary river was too low to swim but there's a dam on site where you can take a dip. Doggos are also welcome here.
