Petersham Family Medical Centre

I've visited Dr Lim at Petersham Medical Centre twice now and my experience has been nothing but positive. Dr Lim is extremely professional, efficient, caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Lim is highly recommended. He takes the time to understand you, and it feels like there is no language barrier for those who are not English native speakers.

Dr Lim has displayed tremendous understanding, patience and knowledge during my visit. I have no hesitation to recommend him as a GP.

I have been attending this centre for 5 years after my old family doctor retired. I would recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for a centre that has friendly staff at the reception with Jenny, and a fantastic caring doctor. Dr Lim is the best GP I have ever visited,he focuses on proper consultations that are focused on diagnoses and not timed for profit. They bulk bill which is becoming rare these days.Thank you. I visited this practice many times- Dr Lim is special !!! He is a highly experienced GP. I appreciate his empathy and genuine care. I found the receptionist very friendly and professional as well. It’s a bulk billing practice but the service is great and never found anything to complain about.

Great practice. Dr Lim is great for continuity of care, immunisations, vaccinations and all sorts of primary medical needs. Meeting Dr Lim has always been a pleasant experience. He is our family doctor for our whole family. Reception staff are very friendly and professional as well.

Dr Damien Ford is very knowledgeable and a great people person. I highly recommend him. The receptionist was great in responding to my enquires.

Always friendly reception. The doctors do amazing work given the demand placed on them. Yes they can run a little behind at times, but that's because patients can take longer then expected and the doctors focus on helping rather than pushing the numbers through.

Great bulk billing practice. Like someone else said I frequently get a different doctor, but I have always had solid advice. There is generally a bit of a wait if you just walk in, but I don't think I've ever waited more than 45 minutes.

Very lovely receptionist and lovely doctor. Hoghly recommended. If you're coming late, be sure to call ahead and let them know you're coming because the doctors tend to leave early if there is nobody waiting.

Went to this practice to have blood tests done, everything went smoothly. Met a great doctor & his team. Good service overall.

Good medical practice, was easily able to make appointments, doctor I saw was great, very caring, asked me the right questions, explained my condition clearly and was patient when I asked questions. Receptionists are polite and friendly too.

Can't speak highly enough of Dr Lim, a first rate GP, and have only had good experiences with the other doctors there too. Not surprisingly it's very busy so best to make appointments.

I've been to a few gps in my time and none compare to Dr lim. His a cool, down to earth and understanding doctor who genuinely cares. Great service. Very happy
