Repco Auto Parts Morayfield

I got helped by a kind staff whom I forgot who his name is when he saw me wandering (and seemed confusing looking for what I wanted 😅).

Eventhough I couldn't get the exact item (wiper hose connector) that I wanted, but I got a similar one here and it worked! I also bought their car mat and so far so good.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
I ordered a part and in less than 24 hours it was at the store.they gave me a call to let me know the part arrived and I could pick it up.

I wanted install headunit and speaker. But I had no idea about those. Mike is very professional staff and very kind. He told me about it every single what I need what should I do. I’m very appreciate that. Thank you very much for your service:)

I usually never leave reviews but this must be said, I have never experienced such great customer service in my life. Not only did this guy go above and beyond in helping me with my new car but he actually took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. This store has to be the biggest on the near North side of Brisbane! They have a huge range of stock and helpful (& patient) staff.

What a great shop. Extra nice staff willing to assist you. I bought engine oil and the assistant gave me all the information I needed to get the rite one.

Fantastic service! I have to shout out to Luke, Luke provided the most helpful & amazing customer service I've experienced in years! Went above and beyond to help us find options for our ute with canopies & tub racks! Made calls on our behalf & really made our experience with Repco awesome! Nicole was my sales person today. She was very helpful, ensured my questions were answered accurately including going out back for advice of those in the know. She was helpful and a genuine great person to deal with. She set the bar of customer service and truely showed what great customer service is all about……. 5 stars, not just because of this sales person but because every time I walk in the door here every sales person is this helpful and amazing! I cannot fault this outlet, cannot recommend this branch of repco enough

Just went to Morayfield store and we had the best service ever. Caroline served us she has a wealth full of knowledge and knew exactly what we needed she also installed the lights in the car before we were on our way again. We would recommend Caroline and the service team at this store they are polite helpful and knowable. We could not ask for better service we will always be coming back to this store for anything we need in the future.

The move has brought a more modern outlay to the store and made it very helpful for people like me who sometimes would like to browse instead of having a worker show me where everything is. There is a large range in this big store. Service is friendly and helpful.

Caroline and the team at Repco Morayfield are awesome! My father is retired mechanic of 60yrs in caboolture shire and he said they have really looked after me to get my daughters timing belt and service parts correct. 10/10 for customer service guys, thank you. From this single mum nurse with no mechanical knowledge whatsoever!
