Always excellent service from this local company. Very easy people to deal with from getting a quote through to getting the job done. The yard was left clean and tidy. Really competitive pricing too. 5 Stars from me. 👍

We were beyond pleased with the work done by the MPDT team at our home.

We had a number of trees, shrubs, bushes and vines removed and mulched, soil levelled, topsoil applied and the site left looking great and ready for turf.

An absolute transformation of our garden from jungle to usable space in less than 8 hours.

Good people great workmanship totally reliable

I obtained a quote from this company to lop several trees on my property. When the gentleman was here to quote I asked him a couple of horticultural questions about the trees I was lopping and he wasn't able to answer them. He offered no advice about the trees or the best way to lop them for their long term health. Nothing he said instilled in me any confidence in his horticultural knowledge.

The gentleman also indicated the job would take half a day and couldn't guarantee that he could do the job within 6 to 7 weeks and that he'd "fit it in" sometime in that period, but wouldn't commit to a specific date or time.

The second company I obtained a quote from was able to give me all sorts of advice about the best way to lop the trees and made many suggestions about where to lop and after lopping care. The difference in horticultural knowledge appeared to me to be substantial. That form also committed to a date the following week.

But the biggest disappointment was the price MPDT quoted. At nearly $1,500 for a couple of hours work It was well over twice the amount quoted by the other firm.

The gentleman from MPDT may well be a very knowledgeable horticulturist and he was just having a bad day and they do the best tree lopping job it's possible to do. I don't know, but I would suggest getting a second quote if you are considering this firm.

You're lucky: 1. IF they even call you back and 2. IF they show up to do the work. Worst customer service I've experienced from any company in this region. Never again !

Was given Quote and Date accepted both, after 4 emails 3 phone calls saying different dates they would do job never showed up I called and emailed after 4 months sent me email said they would not be doing job.
