I went in to the Post Office off the street as a new customer and was treated kindly and effeciently and nothing was a bother.
The lady behind the counter was guenuine and liked her job.

They are just so friendly and helpful. I recently moved to fernvale from a bigger city and this post shop has nothing to envy from the city ones. It makes me glad I’ve moved here:-) shokrawn ;-)

Went to discuss being Overcharged. Twice the price as other posts offices for sending bulky items unwilling to acknowledge mist
ake. Not to mention delivery drivers leaving a card in the letter box when you are home waiting when you pay for delivery to your door. Money grabbing from every angle. .Poor service to the community

Found the customer service controlling and potentially argumentive, too old to tollerate that style
