My recent experiences with West National Coaches have left me significantly concerned, particularly concerning the safety of children. Despite reaching out to Carmen West with genuine worries about the competence of their bus drivers, I received dismissive and rude responses that failed to address my concerns adequately.

It is disheartening to witness a company neglecting such a critical aspect of its responsibilities. I sincerely hope that this feedback serves as a catalyst for West National Coaches to prioritise safety concerns and enhance their customer service. It is evident that improvements are necessary, and I am far from impressed with the current state of affairs.

Here are several incidents that have occurred, which highlight the need for urgent action:
- Deliberately missing my child's stop and subsequently reprimanding them when they requested to be dropped off again.
- Overcharging children for day passes and failing to provide correct change.
- Bus drivers deviating from designated routes, leaving children on the bus until the end of their run before returning them to their intended locations.
- Witnessing a fellow parent express concerns to a bus driver, only to be met with inappropriate and offensive language.
- Drivers are forcing my children to split up because one attends primary school and the other attends high school. (I believe children of the same family should stick together for safety reasons). I also note that the school is a prep-to-year-12 school where the end destination for both students is the same place.

These occurrences underscore a pattern of behaviour that prioritises profit over the safety and well-being of children.

This company is not even worth the 1 star.

Paul West is rude and arrogant. The school run service he operates is laughable. Children's safety is compromised as buses are unreliable and he takes no responsibility to provide an adequate service. The way he speaks to customers and children is appalling.

Mr West is a nasty, mean person to the kids that ride the school bus. When he is driving the school bus the kids dread it. He will leave your child on the side of the road or at the school for them to find their own way if they do not meet his criteria. The other drivers are great.
