The guys from Hitech Solar were very helpful. The sales information was very detailed and well explained. The installation team were very good to deal with and did a great job.

I liked how they came out to is and we didn't have to go anywhere in order to get solar quoted.
The person who planned the install was knowledgeable and happy to answer our many questions.
We have been able to get in contact with the company via their number when things have gone a little sideways (I have an older house that needed a bit of stuff done).
The install went okay otherwise. We are still waiting for a few things to be finalised with ergon but otherwise, so far, so good.

Very good experience, and affordable. Happy I have upgraded Solar panels installed. The case officer was so helpful with my application, process was smooth. The contractor that came to install the panels was also great, kept me informed of what they're doing and removed old panels and rubbish free of charge.

it has been a wk now after my solar panels have been installed. the whole process went smoothly at this stage have no problems. panels up and working . All correspondence with Hitech solar was txt message email and phone calls all information upfront. looking forward to a future of no power bills. one can dream .

Can't comment on their product as I don't have solar but their service is top quality.
I contacted them via email to cancel a home assessment and the appointment was cancelled within 10 minutes with no fuss made. Thank you to the admin team for your great work!
