Mounties at Sussex

My family has a very special relationship with Sussex Inlet as my father took my 3 brothers and I here for August school holidays more than 50 years ago when it belonged to Harbord Diggers. It had no town water back then and the where the car park is contained large water tanks. My Dad is a Foundation Member and 92 years old. Now we take him, my children and grand children, brothers and sister in laws, neices and nephews for a Family reunion each year. Andrew and Renee looked after us beautifully last year in July. The weather was magic and we had a great time. Kayaks, tennis tournaments, swimming, cricket during the day. In the evening Euchre and Trivial Pursuit tournaments. We love it.

My stay at Mounties@Sussex was very enjoyable, My kids and wife had a blast with the indoor pool and all the activities available at the resort. The best thing about our stay was the staff, Andrew and Renee were very friendly, Helpful and welcoming, They showed us a great time and were very hospitable. Thank you both. We will definitely recommend and we will definitely be back for another vacation at Mounties @ Sussex, 10/10👍

Resort management Andrew and Renee were fantastic, there were 9 of us that stayed for 7 days (wish it was longer) . What a great resort, everything is at your doorstep and it’s literally a 30 second drive into town .
The resorts facilities include a wonderful BBQ area (covered) 2 tennis courts, heated indoor pool, kayaking, fishing, cycling, all free. The cabins are very well equipped with pretty much everything you need ,air conditioning and ceiling fans in all cabins .
We have stayed at this venue multiple times now and is truly our best holiday destination by far , don't bother looking anywhere else if you are considering Sussex Inlet ❤

Had a fantastic weekend away. Service was excellent, facilities are very family friendly and the location is nice and tucked away, but close to the main shopping strip (and right on the water). Loved it and we are looking forward to staying again soon in the summer.

My family loves this place, release the kids and they play all day, grab some bikes, scooters from garage. Do some fishing. Its got a heated indoor pool, sauna, bbq areas, tennis courts, kangaroos hopping around. Close to shops if need anything. Caretakers/ owners are a lovely couple. Very kind and polite. Better than the last caretakers.

Fantastic getaway on the coast. Great amenities, location and onsite managers.

What a delightful spot. The managers (and their children) were super helpful and friendly, the cabins were charming and the location could not have been better. The pool was being repaired, but the paddle-boarding, canoes, tennis, BBQ, etc were all available for us. Secluded, quiet, but just a short walk into town. Loved it.

Mounties was an incredible weekend away with the family. We booked 3 rooms for a joint stay and everyone was blown away by the facilities and location. The kids had the time of their lives!! We book places to make families memories and THIS was a weekend our kids won't ever forget! Thank you so much for our amazing weekend. We will be back!

First time in Sussex about 7 weeks ago and absolutely loved it. We stay at Mounties and I could not fault a thing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great and had everything we needed. Lots to do there with an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bike riding and kayaking. Loved that it's so close to the water as we brought our own fishing rods down. Highly recommended staying here if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. It's also nice that there is no internet in the rooms as it gives you more time off your phone and out enjoying nature with your family. Can't wait to go back again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and surroundings are well maintained.
They offer kayaks, bikes, etc which makes it a great place for fun activities.

We live staying here its just ideal for a family, hosts are fantastic and the place is kept in top shape. Loads to do and just relax if you want. Hopefully nobody reads my review so we can keep this secret for ourselves 🤣 Thanks Renae @ Fergs.

We stayed at Mounties at Sussex last February for 2 fabulous weeks. We have been going to this wonderful getaway every year for the past 11 years. We keep going back as this resort offers so much. Canoes, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and all the safety gear that goes with these included. There are tennis courts, a sauna and my wife's favourite the indoor heated pool. Jenny does not miss a day.
We have found the managers Raelene and Brett , Mary and the other staff very welcoming, helpful and always good for a chat.
The resort is spotless and well ordered. We love Mounties at Sussex and we will be going back again next year.

A few days ago we got back from a lovely week at Mounties resort, i can honestly say this place is amazzing, the best place to go for a family geataway, lots of things to do and places to see, the wild life is amazzing, its clean and tidy and peacfull and I loved everything about it. The management was friendly and left us to enjoy our week holiday love the area lots of places to see. Fishing was great , the kayaking was fun, the indoor pool was clean and warm, the sauna was amazzing. Pleanty to do , who cares about wif , we had our own it worked fine. I will be defferntly booking again for a family holiday. Thank you to the management.

Loved the facilities such as kayaking, Tennis, Barbecue pit and others. Quiet area with plenty of sightseeing around, loved the vibe and great for a large group tour.

very nice stay over weekend， and Andrew the owner is really kind and nice, our car running out of battery to spark and he drives home to get jumper to help us start the car. Thanks Andrew!

Over the last several years we have enjoyed our stays (1 and 2 week) in each season over the years, your units are clean / tidy with some neat upgrades, t.v. and Austel.
Our family(ies) have a great stay with always something to do, the heated indoor pool and sauna, tennis courts, kids play area, pushies, and scooters, canoes and 2 wharves to fish from or tie my boat to.
We don't have time to miss ipads as the kids always have something to get their attention.
Whether (mostly) in the resort or close by, as town and clubs are a nice walk (or very short drive), not too far to the beaches, lake, fishing and bush walks.
Count us in for more holidays. Look forward to seeing you in September
