Fergus has changed our business. Not having systems in place to book jobs prior to commencing Fergus it has dramatically saved time in every aspect of our business from initial site inspections to creating jobs then invoicing.

The team have been great to deal with, Dale especially! He's always available for a quick chat or zoom meeting if I've had questions or concerns.

GREAT product with awesome flexibility. I dealt with Dane Brocas who was very service orientated. I had many complex questions which Dane had solutions for. Great software for managing work from quote phase to invoicing and payments.
Staff are great, super quick to respond to questions and features they don't have that you ask about are added to be looked at for inclusion later.

has made a huge difference in making sure time and materials are getting charged out , easy to invoice and being able to store photos against a job makes it very easy to proof what has been done.

Good Solid Program, but lacking in depth and improvement. Waiting months for any sort of update. Its been 7 months since the last update, never get emails or communication from the company, it sort of feels like we are not really a customer. Except for providing the application it feels like no further funding is being put into the program. I could be wrong but there certainly is no evidence of improvement. If you ask for a glitch or bug to be fixed you are defiantly wasting your time. Fergus reach out to your customers! Let them know that there are people working at your office! They used to do regular blogs, that is gone. What a shame I was really a big fan, feel like I am on a ship with no destination, goal or captain for that matter! Help me turn this review around!
