Harvest Buffet

Definitely recommend a visit to Harvest Buffet in the Star Sydney. It is one of my favourite buffets in town.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon during lunch and it was not that busy (about 65% full). Which is great for a buffet as there are smaller queues and food aplenty.

Harvest Buffet offers a wide range of delicious dishes from the dessert station to a seafood bar and from roasted chicken/pork to Chinese dumplings. My personal favourite are the desserts with the white and brown chocolate fountains, the many many cakes and the cheese offerings. Simply delicious.

There's also a seafood station with mussels, shrimps, crab etc. A salad bar, pizza and pasta, corn chips, roast chicken and pork, ham, plenty of sauces, and much much more (see photos for reference).

The atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and plates are cleared almost instantly.

The price is reasonable and with a Star membership card you get 10% discount. Definitely worth a visit when in Sydney. A great place to eat with family and friends. Very kid friendly as well.

I haven't been here in a long, long time.

But I have to say, they have improved their game since I last visited.

The seafood selection was amazing, and the dessert bar was enjoyed by the family.

Luckily, we didn't have to wait long, and the staff was amazing.

This is a great buffet restaurant I recently dined at the lunch buffet restaurant, and it was a great experience. The service was good, with attentive staff, ensuring a comfortable dining atmosphere. The selection of both savoury and sweet dishes was great, offering a variety that catered to different tastes. The all-you-can-eat concept was excellent, providing good value for the dining experience. I highly recommend it for those looking to enjoy a diverse range of delicious options.

The oysters is insanely fresh even though it’s a bit tiny but definitely worth it!

We have been visiting this awesome place for the 4th time now and still have that unexplainable feeling every time we get in! Always excited to dine in here especially to taste the yummiest and creamiest oyster! Thank you and a job well done, guys! Staff were also accommodating to us!

I went there with my colleagues before Christmas. I like the way they decorate the restaurant. It made me feel like I’m in fairytale story. The food was nice. The floor was space. We enjoyed our time very much.

We took the light rail from the CBD. It was super easy to commute to the restaurant. On the light rail, you can use credit and dont need a separate transport card. Be sure to touch on and off for the correct value to be charged for your trip.This buffet was amazing value. There was so much of choice. As you can see from the pictures, there were many entrees, mains and desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of eating here.

Went here on Christmas Day for their buffet. The spread was spectacular - they had everything your heart could desire. More food than I’ve ever seen in one place, and it was constantly being refreshed throughout the meal.

I don’t imagine it’s regularly as busy as it was because of Christmas, but it was very busy.

I ate seven desserts. The mango mousse was amazing.

Pricy but worth it if you’re in the mood to stuff yourself.

Great selection of foods and wonderful seafood. Have been here returning a few times now and it’s quite busy at night for dinner but if you visit during lunch it will be a bit more quiet and there won’t be much of a line for the seafood. The prices have increased a fair amount since December last year which can’t really justify the amount of food you can eat which it could before.

Still a great treat if you wish to visit! Fantastic oysters, prawns, mussels and everything else is great!

Very fresh seafood, plump and juicy boiled prawns and oysters. Service was great too. They clean the table very quickly.

Great variety of food and they refill them very quickly too. This buffet is worth the price.

Awesome variety of food from many different cuisines! Decent price for midweek lunch also. We enjoyed a lot of food and our bellies were full, squeezed in yummy dessert and cake also. The pizzas were of woodfired quality, plus also available delicious slow cooked lamb, seafood, yum cha style options and even a chocolate fountain.

Sometimes 5 star is not only about food but it can also be about service. Staff members are attentive and friendly. Keeping the place clean. The time limit is 1.5 hours but we are allowed to sit here pass the time limit. Not sure if this is because public holiday therefore they are more lenient due to the higher price on PH, so yeah feel super happy and relax dining here. No one rushing us to finish. Very nice experience 👍 with good variety of foods.

Been there many times for dinner and its fantastic.
First time trying their lunch buffet. Was greeted by very warm n happy staff.
What is most disappointing was the prawns. They were huge in size but not fresh at all. Was number 3 on queue to buy a beer and it took 15 minutes before being served. Reason being that a very petite lady was busy serving while the other one just kept asking questions and not knowing what she has to do. This is so frustrating.
Will definitely no recommend lunch as t h e spread is not good and refills were so slow.

Sure, there are plenty of buffets, smorgasbords and all-you-can-eats around Sydney, but Harvest takes the cake! Having booked a dinner here for my best mate’s birthday, we were quickly mesmerised by not only the variety of food, but the quality of every single dish that was on offer.

The next morning, we returned for breakfast and again, were shocked at how good the choice, quality and presentation of all the food was.

Although Harvest is certainly at the more premium end of dining offerings ($110 pp for dinner on a Sunday night), it’s well worth every cent!

Decided to give this place a go after seeing the reviews. If you love seafood, I would highly recommend it for a Friday night feast!

The dessert doesn't disappoint either from soft serve to Chocolate fondue! Best to save yourself if you're coming here, maybe skip lunch and have a light breakfast

Absolutely delicious! So many lovely cuisines to choose from! The food is fresh, and seems to constantly be cooked and replenished. There was more than enough to eat.

We selected a later dining time, which meant less people, and less queues. Highly recommend a later dinner, if you can manage it.

Seafood is worth it. We had a group of 18+ and all the foods are very good. Either you are Veg or Non-veg it’s a wonderful lunch experience.
Your mind will just blow by seeing multiple choice of food items from Starter-Mains-Deserts. You shouldn’t miss Chocolate Fountain. Absolutely it’s in “THE STAR”.
Finally, Staff are pretty friendly where they help you to redirect and provide information as you need.

⭐ Apart from this there are so many food items I have missed. You can give it a go and try out.
