Kmart Oxenford

Great store in a very convenient spot next to other big brand stores for all of your shopping needs. This kmart appeared to have plenty of stock and items I required that weren't available at other kmart stores in the area, so that's a big thumbs up! This store also has plenty of parking, big self check out for your convenience too. Great store, definitely check it out!

5 stars to Kmart Oxenford for allowing customers to bring small dogs in store while shopping, my dog was safe & content in the trolley while I shopped today & it made me extremely happy, i so appreciate this new rule as I no longer have to leave her in a hot car or hot weather outside, it’s about time Australia allowed dogs in stores just like Europe, USA, Canada & Asia already does…THANK YOU Kmart Oxenford for this, made my day !
And yes my dog was quiet, well behaved, didn’t bother anyone else in the store & did not toilet or walk around on the ground, so this is a perfectly acceptable experience & I applaud KMart for this , I will be happily shopping there much more now with this dog friendly rule.

I came in to the Oxenford store today and a young lady called lily helped me, it’s the second time the same girl has helped me. Such a lovely polite helpful person. She always has a big smile, a credit to the store.

Walked into Kmart this evening to get photos put on blocks..Had no idea how to use those machines, so asked a nice gentleman name Vincent who was working behind Layby/ Returns for help...What an asset he is to Kmart, he not only helped but done it all for me...His customer services skills were excellent..Hard to find excellent staff these days...

I am a Massive fan of Kmart since it opened and continue to be in love with the Store.  My main 2 stores are Westfields Helensvale and this one here at Oxenford, right next to Bunnings.  The designers and purchasers of Kmart products have really stepped up the game over the past few years and if you haven’t already, checkout their FB Page where you can find some Amazing inspiration and tips from other Kmart lovers 😊 I really like the Oxenford Store as there is always adequate parking available and the store is well stocked, neat and clean.  The staff are always extremely helpful also, including the lady today who helped me with a return ..... nothing wrong with item, it just didn't fit in space.

Came into Oxenford Kmart this afternoon and was greeted by a singing people greeter.. yes, singing!! I can't tell you the last time I felt this happy walking in to a store. He was brilliant! What a great experience. I hope he is allowed to continue his singing career at Kmart, and is encouraged to do so. Props to this young man. Very cool indeed ☺

Employees here are always extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. Have never had a bad experience at this Kmart, workers have always gone above and beyond to assist customers and make sure their store is always well stocked. Thanks guys!

It's not my favorite activity, but I had to go shopping and luckily I met an outstanding young man named Finn. He went above and beyond to assist me and I could tell from his expression that he was enthusiastic about fulfilling my request. It's truly wonderful to witness! You have a valuable asset in your employ.

I went into Kmart Oxenford today to get my cousin a new toy for her birthday and i was kindly greeted and helped by a lovely young lady by the name Ally, she was very helpful, i appreciated her help and i will be visiting again

I came in here with my one year old and needed to rebuy everything for my home after moving interstate years a go.

They watched my trolleys for my as I loaded up more, helped me put things into my cart, were very helpful when they could see I had my hands full.
The young girl on the door was so polite and made me feel very welcomed into the store.
Wonderful staff overall who work well as a team and are all willing to go above and beyond for customers.

I been shopping in this K Mart for years,I never expect any personal service in here, because all customers just relaxing shopping around,but this morning I had a lovely surprise

I bought a lots of shopping and I pay in self service machine.I had a very bad sore arm and not feeling well,but suddenly a staff young girl name MIA came to help me
I even didnt ask her to help
She helped me to scan each items and tidy back to my bag
I feel very impressed and she is very passion to help, especially I suddenly feeling not well but I did not mentioned to her
She just very happy and patience to help me
I am so glad to meet a beautiful staff in K Mart today

If ur wondering, sometimes a certain Kmart stocks different items unavailable in others..

Came yesterday to finish last minute Christmas shopping and on exiting the store was met by a staff member singing Christmas carols. How very special and what an amazing voice he had. This literally made my day so much more pleasant amongst the rush. Well done KMart Oxenford you rock and Merry Christmas to you all.

Chloe at the Service Desk provided amazing customer service. She helped me to access my pictures and print them out, all with a beautiful smile and a gentle demeanour. Thank you!

Neat store and friendly staff.

I needed assistance and had a helpful young lady assist me. Didn't have what I needed but she went the extra mile by finding stores nearby that did. She was working in the cosmetic isle between 6:15 and 6:45pm Friday night. Her name may have been Margo but not 100% sure. Such a lovely and helpful girl. Other team members were friendly aswell. Door lady was lovely too.

Went into the store to grab one item…and of course left with an armful of items, with my baby in the other arm. As soon as I got to the self serve check out one of the staff members came straight over and asked if he could help and if I would like a trolley. He scanned and packed of my items. This young man has great customer service and I was impressed with how quickly he offered to help. Only wish I had grabbed his name.

I love the guy that sings at the front door checking receipts. Imagine loving your job so much that you sing?! I always find the staff helpful, although they do often seem very busy, especially at the Service Counter.

The most peaceful Kmart on the coast.
Our local but not the closest.
It stands apart, so one is not overspending on trifles. Nor troubled by the crowds in the general market.
An expensive exercise yet much is gained
Precious bowls abound, treasures for the careful eye, collectables for one who has taste more than money.

It's a Kmart so you generally expect a good variety and to leave with like $300 worth of extra stuff you don't need. And be honest you didn't need it.

But it's a better Kmart because it's just on its own and parking is great so it's not a nightmare trip to get in there and visit.

Also Kmart's branded kids toys are all labelled with what they teach and age range so when my friends who are expecting said they needed toys for their newborn I didn't have to a doctorate thesis worth of research to pick and appropriate toy.

So easy to get in and out of, especially if you want to avoid shopping centres. It's rarely busy which is great, however I've only been in a weekday around lunchtime. Otherwise, it's Kmart - who doesn't love a bit of Kmart every now and then?
